I am really excited about this I had the V1 in literally the same bike 2017 SGS.. I wish you would show the guages working with the bike running and their refresh/response.... I want to make sure I get what I expect if I buy one and know exactly what does or doesnt work on the 2017 model. I know I dont have TPMS so I get that I was wondering if they offer TPMS sensor or caps to allow that to work on non TPMS bikes. But mostly I want to see how well the guages work and if the shift indicator is accurate and responsive, turn signals etc... You kind of brushed through that however you did include the install and overview all within 45 min pretty good
My wife and I are very used to using our 2021 Harley GTS radio intercom feature while listening to music. Is that function available in the Soundstream V2?
I have the first series radio, got it from you guys. My question is, how well with this work with my 2017 RG Ultra? And since I installed the harness already, will that work with this new radio?
I hooked up my v2 radio and a new maestro. The radio is not powering up. I checked my fuses in the bike and maestro all is good. Could you tell me what I might check.
Great video and probably the best out there on explaining this radios functions. I've had the 14si in my '20flhtp for 14 months and still learning all it's stuff . I'll be watching this a few times.
Are you allowed to say yhe reason yhey delayed it twice already? I pre-ordered from another place but got refunded when I had to pay full price for a unit I fo not have when I was told 1st week of April. Now it was maybe end of April to mid-June. I just want honesty before i order. Thank you.
The reason for the delay is definitely not a secret - Soundstream was very open about the fact that it was delayed because of some software tweaks/improvements they needed to make before final production. They’re going into production very soon (most likely May 9th) and they are aiming for a June release!
@@JS-ux2yn I don’t think that’s a lie - I think the bad rca was related to the software improvements and updates they needed to make. The guys at Volunteer are stand-up people!

That's a great suggestion! We'll add that to the list of videos to shoot VERY soon! We appreciate the feedback!
Only factory TPMS is compatible. The gauges can only report what is in the CANBUS.
At 14:30 you did not say anything about using the supplied plastic bushings in the bolt holes.
Hi, nice unit. where is it possible to put in the EQ-Code from the old Unit?
is it possible to explain more how it works with a factory cb from a ultra?
We'll add that to the list and work on a video soon to address this. Thanks for the tip!
You can’t use a CB with the V2. He doesn’t know his product.
Can the speedo be changed from mph to kph?
My wife and I are very used to using our 2021 Harley GTS radio intercom feature while listening to music. Is that function available in the Soundstream V2?
Yes, it is retained!!
Intercom only works with wireless headsets like Cardo. Wired headsets do not work with this radio.
You mentioned Sena but not Cardo. Was that an oversight?
They both work
At 1:29 you said it retains CB. This radio does not support the CB radio.
I have a 2018 Road Glide Special and the bike has a tuner. Someone said that Soundstream won’t work on my bike because of the tuner. Is that true?
Omg
I need it!

So, you will need the new harness that comes with the V2 - but great question!

Was the Maestro flashed for your bike?
If I get the Sirius tuner with this does it come with a trial subscription?
Can you use tge headset to just make calls or do voice command..the mic on the v1 was terrible
I know the radio has a built-in amplifier. Will it work even though I have a aftermarket amplifier
Yes it will.
Yes. It has RCA outputs.
Any plans fit this into a low rider st fairing?
Haven’t heard anything about this but we’ll let ya’ll know if we do!
Thank you
Absolutely, it's our pleasure! Thank you for watching!
Are you sure about the CB integration because everybody else says you can’t use your CB with this new unit.
Everyone else is correct. You can’t use your CB module. Only Rockford Fosgate retains the CB.
When somebody calls u, can u respond or speak back to them threw external mic.?
Yes but only while parked. The caller won’t be able to hear you while riding.
Pretty pricey for this unit with the maestro module but has some nice features
It's the most feature-packed 2014+ head unit on the market! Appreciate you watching and for your comment!!

So it was a lie about volunteeraudio on their video saying it was a bad rca. Watch his video about the delay. Its unreal they would lie like that.

@@notecyclesI like the way you handled this. I would buy from you based upon these actions.
