Dude, you inspired me to do my own relic job on my chinese Dean From Hell. First time attempting anything like this and so far I'm really happy with how it's turning out, especially the neck. The one thing left that I'm not quite sure how to do is yellow the finish. Will leaving it in the sun alone actually do the trick? Or are the chemicals you mention in the Q&A a crucial part of it? Any recommendations would be appreciated. Keep up the good work!
@@chrisboller46 No Dont Leave It In The Sun! You Can Warp The Guitar! Its Super Tedious, When Im Doing It The Chemicals On The Surface Burn Into It A Bit. I Have To Check The Guitar Every 10-15 Mins. Have To Control And Mask Off Stuff. If You Just Leave It Bare out In The Sun You Risk Damaging The Guitar. I Dont Mention The Whole Process Because Its Easily To Mess It All Up And I Dont Want That To Happen
