On Match 1, game 2, I think your opponent missplayed their Dauthi voidwalker activation. They could've chosen Tyvar instead of Solitude, then minus Tyvar, bring back voidwalker and it can activate because of Tyvar's ability, and cast the Solitude
K_Renegade's friend and the builder of the deck here - thanks for giving it a spin! I've definitely learned even more about interactions in the deck, and am excited to make some changes - I think I'm going to be following your advice and taking out the vials, I am currently in the process of looking into what could replace them. The blossoming calms are an addition mainly for the meta at my LGS, where at least half of the decks fall over to a card like that or Leyline of Sanctity being slammed!
❤❤ Nice to see some content for this deck. This is one of my favorites for sure. I used to love my match up against lantern but in those days i was running nobles to exalt my way through the bridges.
Game 1 against lantern, the turn you conceded, you had lethal on the board and they had 1 card in hand, and an active saga, you make lair a 1/1. Give it pro colorless, attack, then make it lethal, as long as the that 1 card in their hand wasnt a removal spell
A new Coval modern vid! I don't care what-the-hell deck it is. I enthusiastically promptly view any Coval modern vid. I too lol'ed hard at the disdain versus Lantern. Avid fan of Blossoming Calm here, utilizing the full four in my sideboard - a potent flavorful pleasurable answer versus popular strategies that I already strongly dislike losing to.
I listed something similar but took a page off of Hellonewton’a book and replaced vials, ranger captains and some 1-ofs with 4 reclaimers and 4 fiend artisans, both great creatures with activated abilities that can assemble some pieces of the combo or find value cards like urza’s saga
creativity, discarding orvar to the archon etb lets you make a token copy of their archon. then, your archon’s etb forces them to sac their archon. and then, you go to your turn and get an attack trigger from your new archon, which lets you deal with their second archon if they creativitied for 2
@6:20 everyone says they're a thoughtseize/scry bug but I can't tell if we're memeing or serious. It's this something that's real or just tin foil hat space
1:09:30 "I just don't want to be here anymore" is the classic lantern control win condition.
I lol'ed so hard at this. Thank you. And I agree with your statement.

Thanks for the deck! Hope you find a good vial replacement. Finale of Devastation is a sweet one.
@@BoshNRoll Currently looking at 2 finale, 2 tyvar's stand - maybe a grist or spellskite in there somewhere for some extra spice :)
Just to comment on the Blossoming Calms and Veils in the sideboard, my friend’s meta is burn heavy so he always skews the sideboard to beat burn
has he considered tamiyo's safekeeping? i am a devoted devoted player and i use that and veil.
@@rob3681 builder of the deck here - definitely will try that out!
i hadnt watched the video at the time i made this comment, but why are you not playing urzas saga?
Flame Rift is legal in Modern post-MH2 btw 1:23:12
Mind blown!
I love that you make druid videos, really enjoyed this one
Glad you like them!

In the burn game, you said flame rift isn't legal in the format, but it is. It was in MH2

Sick line!
I’m a simple man. I see new Bosh N Roll, I click and check it out. Love the content gamer keep doing your thing!
I appreciate that!

So fun fact flame rift is legal in modern so you were dead to it but most burn decks don't play it anyways
Stoneblade is my favorite archetype to play. This was very cool to watch! Great games homie.

This deck feels like it was a Saga deck but had to cut Saga for Vial to add the third color
The going infinite vs burn wasn't "just batterskull". It was an attack with an infinitely sized lifelinker
@10:04 - what is Orvar in the board for?
creativity, discarding orvar to the archon etb lets you make a token copy of their archon. then, your archon’s etb forces them to sac their archon. and then, you go to your turn and get an attack trigger from your new archon, which lets you deal with their second archon if they creativitied for 2
Creativity decks, “stealing” their archon
@joek3654 this clears this up so much. I was always so confused by the misers Orvar.
Flame rift is VERY legal in this format lol 1:23:12
Just learned that from the comments today!
I think it would be cool to see a legacy version of this. A couple upgrades and i think it’d be ready to jam
I love you Bosh, but I'm ngl I was rooting against you in the Lantern match-up. One of my favorite decks of all time cuz I'm a sicko 😂
first strike
Double strike :0
Concede :(
In the game you conceded against lantern, could you have used Tyvar to get Haywire Mite to clear the bridge?
They had Pithing needle
Ah oops. Right, thanks.
Obligatory algorithmic contribution
I’m all for good druid lists, but I feel like this would have been better served as Abzan Stoneblade with a functional side board.
im gonna keep clicking these videos to support the channel bc i like that you make them, but i dont watch the modern vids
Thanks for the click and comment anyway ❤️
@6:20 everyone says they're a thoughtseize/scry bug but I can't tell if we're memeing or serious. It's this something that's real or just tin foil hat space
It’s a serious tin foil hat thing to a certain population of Reddit weirdos and a meme to the rest of us.
Wow. Cue the X-Files theme, then. Thanks for the clarification! Love the content. I watch it daily
is there no reason to play finale?
you have access to enough ways to win through infinite mana in this list that you can afford to drop finale in favor of a better tutor
deck builder here - going to be experimenting with a couple in the near future :)
No CoCo?
not nearly enough hits
they are clearly not out of living ends lol
Hello!
Hello!
Yeah I don't think I want to play this deck in a world where Scam is a huge part of the meta game.
Day 12 of proclaiming my love of bosh n roll
