There are a few ways to get up to Flagpole Knob, if you’re a beginner or by yourself I do not recommend taking Union Springs rd, it’s listed as a 4, but depending on the amount of rain it can become challenging. Awesome video, I’m happy you all enjoyed the trip up there!
Always have loved the view from up there
Oh yeah. The view is amazing.
Lovely trail - little effort for big reward !
Oh Yeah it’s a great trail. I highly recommend it. I wish I stayed in West Virginia longer so I could camp out. The camp spots were really nice. 🏕️
Which route was this? Thank you!
@@agraetzel I believe I entered through the north side of the trail by the lake.
Nice trail... looks like a stock could do it with no problem too.
Yes. I did it in 2WD. Amazing views up there.
@@XYoverland No. Why? 🤔
@@XYoverland Yes. The whole trail was done in 2WD except going over that rock but even that could have been done in 2WD.

@@MarylandTerps1 I believe I took the longer way. It had a few bumps and some nice shelve roads. It was a cool ride to the top. Thanks for watching. 😊
If you want the more challenging way to flagpole take union springs road instead
@@kevinstapleton9589 That’s good to know. Thanks. Next time I’m in VA I’ll definitely consider it.
