I feel as though sometimes Eric Prydz is handicapped as a live DJ by his own success as a producer. Everyone whom goes to an Eric Prydz show wants to hear Everyday, on/off , hit me with those lazer beams, follow me, etc....He doesn't have the freedom to spool up creative live sets such as Jeremy Olander....people would be pissed, which sucks because he is an AMAZING DJ. I think Jeremy Olander is what Eric Prydz could be.
eric j Dude Jeremy is one fine DJ and producer but Prydz has this sound down to an absolute art that only he has mastered, as Cristian Navia has put it hear his non-mainstream stuff it beats Jeremy Olander hands down imo, and that's saying something because I'm a big fan of Olander's stuff
eric j Completely disagree. Seen eric play a three hour set in Sydney, he played all sorts of awesome music including about an hour of pounding techno. All artists are limited by shorter set times that dont cater to much musical exploration. You also have to factor in lesser known guys like olander will be playing earlier/warm up sets compared to headline sets that eric etc play.

it seems you probably didn't have the opportunity to hear eric live on non-mainstream places :D or massive live shows (like this @ MOS)
