To scale up ads and to target new audience which option will you suggest 1. Video view campaigns and then retargeting them for sales or 2. Direct sales with new audience demographics

Facebook leads bring very poor quality people to the website. Does Google have this as well, or do you bring in better quality people there?
With both platforms it really depends on how you advertise what you are advertising. You can do a lot to improve lead quality on both.
In general the search network on Google will deliver the best quality leads but they cost more.

I just tried a search ad, $100 went and didn't make any sales.
Now I will try a leads, as well as a multi or a video advertisement.

What's best for car garage? i want people to call on the number given on landing page/call extension. and conversion tracking is set to track phone calls as conversion. I've put maximize conversion for bidding, now, should i put sales or leads for this campaign?

You're just going to casually ignore the fact that conversion tracking doesn't work on Google Ads? It doesn't see sales.
Er it does work. It sounds like yours isn't set up properly if you aren't seeing them come through.

That depends how people buy from you. If the are buying online then I’d go with sales.
