not sure if they've done it, but max complexity battle bots (no ranged attacks) would be cool edit: oohh it would be stupid but max complexity beyblades!
Mad max complexity: Post apocalypse styled max complexity ground vehicles, maybe even with a rule that allows only a few guns so you have to use unconventional means of harm (spikes, lobbing tnt, hammers etc)
Build a vehicle that relies on weapon recoil as your primary propulsion. Would be cool to see a race done in that manner or see if you can break sound barrier.
Can I suggest having a third player in the lobby to function as a cameraman? It’s sometimes hard to see what’s going on in this max-complexity fights lol
I'd like to see a build battle where you both bring your BEST build. Give yourselves 24 hours to build instead of a 'quick' build time before the battle. Or a week to refine your build to get the best performance possible, jumping in public lobbies to test, improve, etc. before you battle.
New Idea: "The 100-Max Challenge" How It Works: Two teams compete, each team controlling: -One flying craft -One driving craft Teams share a pool of 100 points, which they use to build their crafts. Point Calculation: The value of each craft is determined by multiplying the number of parts by the number of power cores it has. Objective: Destroy both vehicles of the opposing team to win. At first, it might seem logical to split the points evenly between the two crafts (50/50), but here's the twist: tactics matter. Would you rather create the ultimate flying craft and sacrifice the quality of your driving craft? Or perhaps prioritize a heavily armored vehicle on the ground, leaving your flying craft as a decoy? The strategy is yours to decide. Who knows what will work best?
I think you guys should do max complexity, only ONE of each type of weapons, NO SHIELDS allowed. Make it a battle of attrition where you don't insta die, but can actually recover and switch strategy.
@@hardboiled_cat I think what yzuei is missing is that he still prefers some kind of form over function even in these videos. scrapman knows the art of function over form building
Following Yzuei build I would like to see what you guys could do with a futuristic hover design. Also if you are limiting weapons to 10 you should say only able to have 10 shields as well.
I have an idea. You build each other max complexity vehicle and then battle. With no traps, like putting TNT sticks everywhere, but you can confuse each other with weird controls or something
Somebody in the last max battle suggested limiting the weapons to 10 of each. Love that he takes recommendations, good job to the guy who suggested it!
I have an idea for a video for you. A Max capacity racing vehicle. But you're only allowed five fixed weapons no lock on. And five Shields. The thought is with Max complexity with your vehicles they are going to be big and heavy and in racing you want the exact opposite so this would be a very entertaining experiment to see what you two would come up with. But also I'd very much love to see Khan or Cosmo or moonbo joining in on this as well. Sort of like a death race
Some interesting designs. When I saw yours I thought "MAUS!", and Yzuei's looked like one of the French Foch casemates. Maybe do more specific armoured vehicles; so a casemate battle, IFV battle, MBT battle. One thing I'll say, there needs to be a limit on shields!!! It's hard to see how a vehicle actually performs with so many.
Next up, you guys should do a 2v2 battle with co op planes. What i mean by that is each player controls one half of the plane so you have to work together to fly. Me and my friend made one and it was super fun to try and do stunts while working together like that. Our plane had 2 jets that each player controlled one as well as each of us controlling a wing
I think a cool idea would be a max complexity build where instead of using the game's weapons, you use weapons that you make out of blocks, like missiles, torpedoes. Basically missile launchers or torpedo launchers but its max complexity!
It is possible to make a turret with more than one point of contact, though it requires some cleverness. Would be interesting to watch scrapman try to figure it out.
Another banger video! Maybe the next complexity battle can be without energy shields because then it will be more strategic but otherwise great videooooo Edit: What about a Max complexity missle launcher battle?
Idea: mini race/ mini fight. You can only make something that consists of 6-10 pieces and you have to race/fight. It might bring out some of your guys’ creativity.
Have you tried Space Engineers? It's decently similar to Trailmakers but space focused and with more actual science involved. You can also build things like space stations along with the simpler fighters
"Sitting Duck Challenge", when your "Fire weapons button" disables your wheels (and maybe one or two shields). Rules you are allowed 2 weapons (maybe you go through weapons list), 1 -2 shields, and weapons on toggle or through logic where when you fire, your wheels stop and shields go down.
I think you guys should do a challenge where you build a vehicle to battle against each other but the energy shields have a time limit. So basically you use an ability for this "specific set of time" and it reloads for this "specific set of time"
day 8 of Suggesting 2v2 or free for all "realistic" tank battle. By realistic, i mean the only allowed camera angles would be first person and via camera blocks (to represent vision ports and whatnot on a tank), and tank steering would be required. the rest of it would be up to the builder (turreted or casemate, etc)
I think you should put a limit on the amount of shields you can have, because number of energy shields seems to affect the winner a lot, possibly even doing max complexity (no energy shields)
You guys should do a twisted metal themed battle, where there are specific locations to activate certain weapons, and also boost and shield that is on a timer
You think you could set up something akin to a "colonial/American Civil War" style field? Like it's basically you're building "soldiers on a ground" with your seat controlling the weapons, but you use accumulators to simulate like the musket reload time and you also use black powder cannons and you basically can redo the American Revolutionary War in Trailmakers.....(Don't you dare lose, Scrapman.......) The variation comes in where you place your "soldiers." Like do you have them line up and just have a block of guns or do you space them out? Do you make smaller squads to go and attack from the side outside of the normal traverse of the other's guns? I guess you can do this at max complexity with part of the complexity going towards a "base tent" that's just full of TNT to be the kind of end goal you're shooting for that will end slug fests. But I think if you guys would be willing to kind of entertain the idea, you can build your "old army" and the terrain they're on and you can use 3-8 black powder cannons. A lot of accumulators will be used to give the reload feel to it all. You can decide to have a block of troops just fire straight or make a few of them actually swivel to aim. If you do "American Civil War" you can also add 1-2 Mini Guns with shorter fire times on them (due to how fast the fire) as "gatling guns." Just an idea.
Scrap man, 2x1 shields are the best shields because they each have a lot of durability, so having like 8 of them in a space that could fit just 1 2x4 shield, gives you much more protection
Do a challenge where you have to build Mexican plexi builds but you’re the spinner wheel to figure out what type of Mexican bills you have to make and then you fight it out at the end
