Ok so here's an idea to make non test map supersonic collisions easier. You have a person set in a location and you both place a beacon on that person in that spot. Then when you guys just aim for that beacon spot.

I wonder if both of you launching flares would make it easier to line up. It'd be nice if you could set creations not to disappear when you backspace, you could set some buoys up that launched flares
For the planes you can just use a target. In the danger zone there are these rings of fire so you can both fly through the same ring of fire, Khan from the one side and you from the other, so you both collide on a spot you both know how and where to hit. Should be easier than any logic blocks or other fancy stuff
The seat has bright green aerodynamics so it wouldn’t change and the performance would be worse on the vehicle because it is just more unnecessary weight added
Have the bottom aero-dynamics pull you down and the second to bottom aerodynamics push you up (just a little more than the one's pulling you down.) Then the boat should slot into the surface of the water.

To get a head on impact with planes you could go to the danger zone and attempt to fly through one of the rings from opposite directions at the same time.
The inaccuracy of aiming for the names was because your seats weren’t at center of mass when steering so when you turned you’d move the other person’s point of aim further away from where it was.
I mean if you're going to do planes, since as far as I'm concerned ground effect is no thing, you can just go on the test map on higher and higher altitudes
You could use a gun to give you a hint where the other guy is as you're getting closer to each other. But the window on that might be too small to make a difference.

You know, for "crash stuff together" videos, I think you can allow yourself to use UFO and drag glitches.
I think you should go Mach 1 around the centrifuge and start from one side and then meet at the exact opposite side of the centrifuge
Altitude logic to set the hiefht and just use yaw. Basic rocket sticks should get it done just fine
Using a bridge opening like a stunt spot would give an "easier" approach to collision at mach 1
