I can't recall how many times I've done something like this, but the most memorable one was(i kid you not) Reisen Vs Tewi. That match went on for HOURS.
The entire thing took only 15 minutes? What?! When I set up matches like this, it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour... Before you hear *Pichun* ONCE.
I'm pretty sure most of them are just pixel perfect dodges. However, the computer DOES cheat at one point - somehow it can still shoot out normal shots while charging for a spell. See 0:52-0:54 when Marisa is charging up a level 3, she still managed to fire off two normal shots.
@regalstar Might be my memory failing me, but IIRC if you switch to the other command type you can indeed charge and shoot at the same time since the charge button is different from the shot button.
How is this done? It's amazing. Even though the stuff Marisa pulls at times HAS to be cheating. At 2:30 and 1:30 for example, she seems to go straight through something that shouldn't have any gaps. I'm wondering if they aren't actually invincible, and they just have a hidden timer after which they die on purpose.
Most blatent example of cheating at 2:30 Marisa got her back to the bottom right corner with literally no way out, next second with a speed that I'm sure is above Marisa's speced speed, she's out. :/ What.
Look at Marisa at 1:38. That's also why I hate those AIs. But you should watch a Shiki AI vs. another AI on Higanbana (the toughest level). Just look at Shiki's opponents screen. That's what I call... Well, I don't know what word is best for describing that -.-

1:39-1:41
The computer just plows through those amulets, and takes no damage.
Plot twist: Chuck Norris is playing on the left
That Marisa AI actually HIT the bullet...
But took no damage, WTF?
She didn't slip through or anything, she HIT one. It even disappears as a result!
marisa stole the precious hitbox
I should get one of these AIs to do a Touhou game for me.

so that is where all the intelligence from the fighting games went
So... has anyone (human) ever beaten a PoFV Lunatic AI?

I can't tell you how many times I lost track of them due to the sheer density of the bullets......
@MrSmegheneghan That's not the best description, but you get me if you watch :D
Yamada is the worst! Her bullet blackhole doubles the amount of danmaku passing through. And damnit Komachi I don't want your money!
This is some crazy madness! i like it!
MY EYES!
Even Tas(ers) become pale in comparision against this Ai

Micrododging goes BRRRRRRRR
Amulets have a smaller hitbox , but this is some pixel perfect
I think it can be described with Russian word "pizdec".

AI done right XD
