Cool, but tbh I think the only thing that interest people with this APU is optimising gaming perf, not the cpu part. With obvious bottleneck being the dd5 bandwidth, so using 7200 ram should be good over 6400, after that probably diminishing returns. Anyway, would be interesting to make a video with such a target.
Did you watch Roman Derbrauer oc the 8700G with LM, and what about trying Viper Extreme 5 8200/8400 mt ram maybe Buildzoid or Jor3L could help. Does it appear that the 8000's have a more stable fclk than the 7000's. P.S. I have been promoting you and Derbrauer when ever possible.
I will edit it, i got it right the second time. Thanks for pointing my error out as I respect him a great deal and appreciate Roman and his work!@@samserious1337
I overclocked my 7960x with PBO on the asus mobo. Do yoy think the lower core count threadrippers and threadrippers in general get one high quality ccd for high frequency workloads too? Or do they just get low quality low boost clock ccds?

Seems like AMD does not think about those patrs as gaming oriented.

The Tomb Raider bench, or even Cyberpunk bench at 1080p low with overclocked igpu as well as the cpu plus 7200 ram would do wonders.
Thank you so much, I love this video so I decided to subscribe. This was entertaining!
Thanks for subbing!

I'm just finishing up a 7960X guide and that chip also has a high boost CCD0 (up to 5650 MHZ) and a couple of low boost CCDs (up to 5350 MHz).
Hello, can you show overclocking settings for AMD RX 580 8GB?
