You answered my question today as to why I have developed my love of gardening, Jenny! You said, “Gardening teaches you patience!” That is a trait I have never had….sadly. Therefore, now with 7 grandchildren, 6 grown children & stepchildren, 3 dogs (one is our GSD, Isabella) - I NEED patience! God does work in mysterious & wondrous ways! The gardens are beautiful & I continue to love watching & learning from you!
Jenny, you give truth and humor like no other. "Perfect timing butterfly, good job your checks in the mail". 🤣🤣🤣
I like that you did not fast forward the planting. It what us gardener come to watch.
I agree! I love the real time process videos!
The Forest Pansy Bed is stunning
Jenny your gardens are beautiful. I always say that gardening is an ongoing process. It’s never complete. There’s just too many pretty plants waiting for us in this world!
Absolutely!!!
Oh my word! Jenny, your garden is beautiful!! I don’t know why, but at the end, when you panned up to the sky, I was so overwhelmed and all I could think was, “Taste and see, that the Lord is good.” Such beauty.
That HE is!!!! I'm just a steward of His beautiful creations💗
That opening shot of your garden is just spectacular! Oh, I love spring. I don't know what else to say! Thanks for sharing.💚
So glad you enjoyed it!
Good morning, Jenny! Your landscape is amazing, and the Forest Pansy Redbud is gorgeous! Much love from 9a🌺 🍃🌺🍃
Well I have definitely learned that I have been drastically under feeding my container plants. 🌷💚🙃
Good Morning
Looking real good my friend, everything is looking LUSH ❤👏😉👍❣️
Thank you❣️
"Good timing butterfly, your check's in the mail."
😂
That planter is filling out very nicely, as you said it would!
Jenny your flower beds are absolutely breathtaking I love them all, blessing dear friend.
Thank you for your kind words 💗
Loved the ending Jenny, can't wait to see these gardens all filling in.
Perfect timing for one of my next projects - taking apart the front porch containers and planting in the landscape! two huecheras "Apple Twist" and "Cherry Truffles" and a Helleborus "Frostkiss Moondance". The pansies and the snapdragons made it through the winter in 8a and served their purpose! Thank you for the guidance! Thankful for your videos!
I always keep my tags. Comes in really handy! Your plants are beautiful. I learn so much from Creekside, new plants to try and caring for plants.
I’m so happy!!!! I can’t believe I found some latte supertunias and wicked witch Coleus and jet black sweet potato vine gonna be a great combo! Can’t wait to see them grow!!!
Someday, I plan to get serious about getting some of the Unique Stone pieces, especially the Hummingbird containers. I live about an hour north of y'all, so perhaps next year I will order. 🌷☀️🌺
I loved the ending to this fun video.
Thank you❣️
Thanks Jenny for another very informative video. I’m very envious of your beautiful weather as I live in a very wet and cold NW England. Your garden is gorgeous 🌷
Good to see the later recovery views
Thank you for being so positive about gardening our beds 😊🌺🌺
The Arbor behind you looked so beautiful in the distance. Wow! 🌺🌸
Love your beautiful garden. I enjoy watching your videos and learning new ideas.
Jenny you are so right! Gardening is like housework, you are never done! But it is more enjoyable!
Oh gosh! I'd never compare gardening to housework. 😊 I LOVE gardening and you're greatly rewarded with blooms for your efforts.
This video was right on time for me as I need to move two Ascot Rainbows that are in the bed around my mailbox. In the span of a year, one of them has gotten so big that it is crowding out one of the Pugsters that I have in that same bed.
I love that hummingbird container and I can't wait to see the updates on the new plants you planted. Great ending to the video. 💞
I just love that flower bed on that side of the house. Beautiful! Thanks Jenny.
Howdy Jenny, Don't worry about the noises around you we just love it have a great day
You're awesome with your garden 🎉😊
I understand about patience and process. I ordered a thunderhead pine online because I love yours so much. Knowing it was in a one gallon container. It’s so tiny. It may take several years to look like yours. Thanks for the inspiration
Beautiful border the hostas look incredible.
Such a beautiful space....very inspiring indeed 💕
The textures & colors in the “Forrest Pansy Bed” are looking fab my friend!
Thank you❣️
Beautiful sharing😘😘😘❤
Love watching you, Jenny. Your humor is so appealing. Yes, us “common folk” call both colors the bloom, lol. Keep ‘em coming. I watch you everyday that you’re on.
I love those sunpatiens but the Japanese beetles love them more
Check off another beautiful addition of inspiration! Just looking so beautiful!
When this video first started, I had to look at the date the video was posted! It is so beautiful and lush! I forget you are in zone 7. Here I sit in KY in zone 6b. We are a few weeks behind your spring growth! Actually we have one more time in the 10 day forecast with a frost advisory on Sunday. Your rose trellis is beautiful! Can’t wait until we catch up!
Heather, I’m in Kentucky too. Getting ready to cover a few recent transplants in the upcoming days. Good luck.
The Heucheras did well over the winter in the container! We love them but have mixed success with them! 🙂
I learned there are two families of heuchera and that may contribute to our lack of success. One is Villosa That one may do better in southern climates. The other, I think, is Parviflora. Perhaps that does better in lower growing zones.
@@Edu_Kate I'll need to search for parviflora. Thanks for the tip! 😀
Jenny your landscape is beautiful and so very peaceful looking. I truly enjoy your videos.
Beautiful 😍 👏👏👏👏🌸🌱🌿
Great project today. Fantastic. Thank you so very much for sharing this with us.🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Glad you enjoyed it!
So glad to click from one GWC video to another! Can't wait to see today's video!
Thank you❣️
@@GardeningwithCreekside Y'all never disappoint!
Everything looks so lush and green ❤
Beautiful 🥰
Looks gorgeous Jenny 🍃🌺🍃
so beautiful
Hi Jenny. I was replanting two of my outdoor porch containers & it was just full of roots. I had to remove & put fresh soil. I’m going to try red Spike & dragon wing begonias. I previously had plum putting coral bells & hellebores which I moved into my garden land scape.
Lovely ❣️
Its so good to see you replanting its so inspiring
Lovely video, I have many containers & I take note of all your advice.
So glad you find the videos helpful!
Loved!!! ❤
Thank you for keeping it real & keeping us inspired!
Like the ending!
I just love how your Forest Pansy bed is developing.
Is 'Stock' an annual that doesn't take to cutting back? I know they bloom and then they're done. (She says having just planted a mixed container with Stock. Worth it for their fragrance.)
I saw a peek of the annuals you planted a couple(?) weeks ago. They're filling in nicely.
BTW, it is snowing today in Minneapolis. 🤦🏼♀️ My containers won't be enjoyed by others until at least next week. But they do look lovely.
Wow beautiful garden
Enjoy the process! Good advice.
Beautiful Video ❤
I LOVE heucheras!!! I have so many and they are all in containers … I’m afraid to put them in the ground in my garden it’s been so wet I don’t want to lose them … but I need to separate them for sure lol they are getting so big!!!! I got bunches of them last year when PW had them on sale 😊😊😊🌸🌺🌷🌿🪴🌳🤍💚🖤🍀🍀🍀
Love your Redbud! How old is it? I planted one last year and look forward to get some size to it. I’m watching the end of the video and you answered my question 😊
Hard to see your beautiful gardens doing so well when here in Central Minnesota it is snowing today( April 21st.).
Hang in there!!!
Hi 👋 Jenny 🎉❤
Loved this video! ❤
Can you tell me where you purchased your auger for planting larger plants. TIA
Here’s the link! powerplanter.com/drills-and-augers/jennys-picks/
Jenny please tell me where I can find gloves like you wear.
It is in our amazon store front!
When I saw your rose trellis I imagined your daughters in wedding dresses🤷🏻♀️
I see your dianthus look great. My are not coming back in the middle. Do you have any idea why this would happen? Zone 5b Wisconsin.
I often hear if a perennial starts looking bare in the center it’s ready to be divided. How old are your plants?
Jenny, do you have curly/wavy hair?
I had it in a braid the day before so that is why it is wavy, but the longer my hair gets the more wave/curl it has in it🤷🏻♀️
A gardeners work is never done. As the garden grows so does the gardener.
Do you ever have a problem with raccoons digging up your newly planted plants when you use Biotone in the holes? Every year I have to put my plants back in the ground until they finally leave them alone. They don't eat them they just dig them up because they smell the Biotone.
Yes! Pesky boogers 😤
Jenny everyone else calls the truffula pink, tru- like truffle. Tru-fa-la pink. Does that make any sense???? Instead of sounding more like true, it sounds more like truffle-a. I'm curious how PW intended it to be pronounced.
P.S. I'm not dragging you!! I love you!!! I'm just seriously curious!
+ I have to comment, I want you to receive ALL the benefits of posting. So might as well ask, right??? 😅😅
I hope you are replanting more trees to offset loss of carbon sequestration. #climatecrisisrefugee
We will be; we have some beauties going in!
