Cedar City is top of my list if/when my family needs to escape So Cal! I have my own predictions on the market, but I'll keep them to myself because I'm no pro - but I'm praying that everybody can keep or buy their own home! It is crazy when I compare gains in my 401k/IRA vs my home's equity...
