To decorate these cookies, you’ll need the following colors and consistencies of royal icing:
• Flood consistency royal icing: White, pink, green, brown and red
• Medium consistency royal icing: White, red, 2 shades of green
• Stiff consistency royal icing: White

Eugene Dahl Hello Eugene! You have to wait at least 6 hours for the green Royal icing to dry before you make the brush embroidery.

a mi me gustaría saber cuanta cantidad de glasa tengo q hacer porque si hago mucha se estrpea y si hago poca no m alcanza entonces para unas treinta galletas podrías darme una idea por favor muchas gracias
Hola Ana, claro te entiendo a mi me pasaba lo mismo al principio. Te recomiendo que haces al menos unas 4 libras en azúcar glas antes de preparar la mezcla del glasé real, con eso te bastara para decorar tus 30 galletas y en caso de que necesites hacer unas 5 mas.
