Try sekiro, it will change your perspective on bosses in general in every game. I used to be a heavy rager but since playing sekiro, i havent raged at more than 2 bosses (malenia and promised consort radahn). Sekiro is small compared to elden ring but the boss quality is way higher and there is a good reason its my most replayed souls game (13 playthroughs and hours upon hours spent replaying the bosses in the reflections)
Sekiro bosses are in another dimension of gameplay, they will force you to play their game until madness is the norm. Then you discover a new level of gaming unknown to you, afterwards any boss is just a comparison. For example, Saint Sword Isshin and Melania

I think messmer is a much better boss than sword saint, its just that sword saint was tailored for and fits perfectly in sekiro, which makes him the best boss ever.
Elden Ring is the first souls game I've ever taken the time to learn, and it is genuinely the best game I've ever played.
