Killing enemy also gives him time to respawn and thats a big plus for you and your teammates so killing is good early,mid or late game

Harass is seriously such a meme thanks to HP and HP regen powercreep. Lvl 1 ogre magi has 7 armor and 9 HP regen (with 2 rings as starting items), that's about the same as lvl 10 Kunkka with vanguard in 2008.

Im very bad in last hitting. So instead of improving i harras people out of the lane spamming spells and becoming hyper agressive. Then i stay alone in lane with 12lh in 20mins
