I'm in the U.S. and had a past job where I cared for people in their homes. I had an Indian family and the mother of the house always offered tea to me before I began working. It was the MOST delicious tea. I asked once if I could watch how she made it and if she'd show the brand of tea to me. It was made with milk and a spice I could only find at an Indian market as well as the tea. It tasted a lot of what I now know as Chai tea....sooooooo good!!
