Guys, I used your video conferencing camera which says it is 4K. We found our built-in camera of laptops is much much better than your products. Please try to justify your products based on your ads or the other way.
is your laptop camera projected to the big screen? Is the logitech camera streaming at 4K? Did you take out the film cover the camera after the installation?
Depending on the setup, room lighting, the quality can be different. If your IT team can fine tune the settings, I believe it will work great. We just have it setup for our office and it's fantastic
This is what it was like before 2010 when the technology was primitive.
Pretty useless video guys. Tells me all about how some hypothetical conferencing system sucks and nothing about how the Logitech system works. In fact it seems to make me think we shouldn't buy any kind of conferencing system because I'm likely to just wind up having trouble with people on the other end (which has been my experience) so why would I want to invest? How about telling me what your product does. How do I use it? What was that little button thing on the desk? (Pretty big for just a mute button) How does the camera work? What services can I use with it? Anything??? Why would I spend my company's money on something I won't be able to use because of the "other guy"? Seriously, marketing fail in the extreme here....

Even the video linked in this thread doesn't actually show how someone would connect to this device and conduct a meeting. I can't believe nobody has thought of making a video showing how to setup and use this thing.

exactly my thoughts, and they didn't even manage to provide a decent manual, where they actually explain how to get the features of their pricy webcam to actual work. not to talk about the lack of customization, where can I finetune the settings? disappointed, expected more for the money, thank god I just have to test it for my company.
i didn't think i would laugh this hard at a logitech ad about the Rally but this shit is damn funny!
The system was great when we first bought it, but in the latest firmware "upgrade" the engineers eliminated the ability to do local recordings. If a recording is desired, only the video conferencing app can record it and store it online. Great gift for hackers, horrible business for confidentiality. As far as the engineers are concerned, they "fixed" a function that should not have existed. Of course, Logitech doesn't advertise that the functionality does not exist. If you need local recordings - DON'T go Logitech Rally

I am glad I am not the only one who though "cute skit" but does nothing for telling what your product can and can't do.. I would much rather have seen the range and sound quality tests video test comparisons and show why your product is better for the price.. This bad acting is just a waste of your money and might work on the people who know nothing about technology but looks dumb to those that do understand tech. Also in the end the technology is what matters.

The quality of the rally camera is just disappointing...
Manipulation level hard. I'm a professional integrator, Rally is pretty good but not as much as they show here. There was a batch of faulty USB-C cables from Logi, all sorts of things were going on.

The irony in that we still have problems even with the rally plus camera works then suddenly stops then camera works but speakers disconnect then they both work and screen share flickers I can't. Stand video conferences lol

I guarantee 75% or corporations are struggling with these issues because they dont seem to understand that budgeting for a conference room is important. They will band-aid and fix issues 1 thing at a time, I know far too much and also struggle to get these people to bugde and spend more to get good quality equipment for conference rooms. The struggle is real, I can confirm. Great marketing btw. Now to get a few of these approved in our company, Im crossing my fingers and including this video with my request.
