- I know it's been a while, but such is the university life. As the city comes to life in the blossoms and warmer winds of spring, I stumbled across Hozier's music and fell in love. This little ditty is the perfect balance of moody and bright. Hope you like my version!

This cover is absolutely fantastic. Your vocals are incredible and acoustics are perfect. Your voice is clear cut and strong but holds a trill softness to it which I love. I'm also, like very many, glad you did not change the gender within the song as well. My favourite part of this cover is that you were so immersed in the music itself. I realized you either had your eyes closed or imagined your own world while focusing on your guitar. It was beautiful to see you really feeling the music, the most breath taking part was the end when you finished and finally looked at the camera. It is the first time you really see your eyes in the video and they are gorgeous! I enjoyed this cover so much, keep up the fantastic work!

it doesn't matter what she sings, her voice always makes me really sad. That is supposed to be a compliment, I always find myself crying after I listen to her music.

Something about your pause after "freezing" around 2:09, as if the speaker, if only for a moment, is realizing that they really need to get out of the relationship, is just *so* powerful. Fantastic cover!
