Birds (biggest bakery chain in the uk alongside Greggs) have recently changed their logo and packaging. Their colour scheme is now green and grey instead of the old burgundy. Their colour scheme bags that they use to pack the cobs and bread have the logo printed all over it. The bags are transparent and the logo is written in green so when there’s bread inside it looks just like mould. I threw a couple of packs of cobs away before I realised. The people at birds clearly don’t use their own products
saw the autism police car in the thumbnail and genuinely thought it was a type of police targeting autistic ppl😭 i imagine the school or church calls it on you if you’re being “too autistic” and then you get arrested and taken away to autism jail😔
31:00 That reminds me of those "secret messages" people used to share where you have to tilt your phone a certain way, or like those shirts you have to fold up to actually read it.. except it's on a car so it's literally impossible to do any of those things?
0:49 Oh gosh I live in Caldwell and I didn’t know about the police car design. They say it’s because the last design was so poorly received. I am scared to look up the previous design….
Imagine those stairs and having balance/mobility issues. The risk of injury makes me shudder (as someone with such problems, even regular stairs are a difficulty I can't do most days, that nightmare? No way ever.)
The only reason for this stairs I can think about is some part of home security. When you are running from an intruder, you know that there is the pit and they will trip and fall, but... do you really need that in everyday life? Do you need to live in a dungeon filled with traps?
@@monstertamereme It's real, just googled it and there is a time magazine article about it. The artists name is Paul McCarthy. It was in 2014 and it was removed after vandals cut the cords and deflated it. What I get from the article is that it was supposed to be a B*tt plug, it wasn't a secret.
26:27 that reminds me, my headphones do this thing where it tells me the battery is low by saying “low battery” But it doesn’t just do it once or twice It does whenever it wants… and it’ll do it once, then again 10 seconds later, but then not do it again for another 30 minutes.. the warning is not even consistent 😭 And the battery life usually lasts like a day after these warnings start (btw I’ve checked the manual there is no way to turn these off)
Mine just shut off suddenly. Don't love it, but I guess someone complaining in my ear would be worse. The voice that tells me they're connected sounds like it was recorded with a mic from 1923 and then copied from vinyl to tape to cd to digital for funsies. I wouldn't want my music interrupted by white noise and the vague hint of a voice in the distance.
9:12 Plumbing is cool when you think about it, like it's developed so much since the Romans, and it makes life way easier and cleaner. It's just something we're so used to having we forget how cool it is
It's genuinely something that saves lives, but is deeply unappreciated. I'm Dutch, and our king had a project (don't know if he's still involved) that was trying to bring plumbing to places that didn't have access, I remember about a project that I think was in Bangladesh. It was a very underfunded project because toilets are considered either gross, unclean, or funny, so it people ignored it. Meanwhile people were dying of preventable diseases.
I've never done it, but my mom has often talked about how they used to ski in jeans "back in the day" and they got soaked and stuck to your skin, then the moisture froze, so it was really uncomfortable
I have no idea how I did it, but at first glance I immediately knew what the tattoo said at 13:23 and only got weirded out the longer that I looked at it.
Yeah, just so yall know, especially since it's getting really cold... JEANS do NOT retain heat well and are BAD FOR COLD WEATHER! It is heavily advised you don't wear jeans in the winter. Cold sticks to that material. Even if you wear something underneath them like leggings or winter tights.
Yup. Cotton is a great fabric, but not in wet and/or cold weather. You can treat it with wax to make it water resistant, and it holds on to the wax pretty well, but still not good against cold. Cotton retains moisture. Linen is better at wicking, but still not amazing in really cold temperatures. I know that wool can be good, depending on how you use it. If you weave it tightly it's fairly water resistant, so good wool coats are amazing. And of course, there's a reason fur is used so much in the arctic region.
22:20 If there no color when it’s off, then any color could work for on (Except red because I feel like that would throw a lot of people off). I’d vibe with blue or yellow
Lol those are the turkeys sold at the store I work at, and I never even noticed how bad that design is 😅 when they are all grouped together it all blends in
I am a designer as well and I always think exactly the same and especially that mark’s logo in the levi’s ad was super unreadable best quick fix i’ve seen in a while 😅
My dad worked printing designs on things like plastic cups and napkins for the longest time (he had to stop because he hurt his back) Then he went to school and got his associates in graphic design And despite how much I tried to ignore him pointing out printing flaws and design errors, it rubbed off on me and now I do the same thing 😭
I saw one similar to the last one and it turned out the words were french or Spanish, and some company had just reproduced and sold it in the US. It was like A for water and it meant aqua. It's not Swedish, I know that much, but it probably makes sense in another language.
With the sinks with sensors you cover the sensor and the water keeps flowing. Sometimes the water does not stop flowing. It is creepy being the only person in a public bathroom and hearing a toilet flush. This happens sometimes with toilets that automatically flush. Even more creepy if the toilet is a handle flush toilet. 2:56 do u want to burn your hands or freeze your hands? 17:08 Looks like the skiis are wearing jeans or on top of jeans. 22:12 The Computer Tower I use for work. Blue = on. No Blue = off 32:09 I did not know the US State of Arizona was also a U.S. City.
I like that I turned this video on, then went to the kitchen, and when he talked about a Christmas tree and I knew the exact thing he was talking about. Also, I think the pattern on the turkey is to look like a cooked turkey.
28:24 Better question is, why are the chess championships held on plastic sheeting? It looks like they're going to "dispose of" the players when they lose 😂
Some communities will give out turkeys for free to families or community members, so the turkey one may not have been their choice to BUY it. It may have been gifted.
Been waiting for another one of these. Loved the complications of them. You look like youve lost weight too joinen!!! I hope youre well mate !! Glad i re discovering your videos haha😊
Maybe the tattoo person is a Yoko fan who can't spell? I may be wrong, but I _think_ the texture in the ski one is supposed to be snow. Might even have been a photo of snow (with the brightness turned down slightly) used as a fill. The table? I think the fold forms the support for the table. Kind of clever engineer of an object that's been made almost useless in practice. I'm used to blue for "on" with digital things. The bear wash is less than five feet across (1.27 M).
Looking at the chess championship sign (27:34), to me it looks like the sign is meant to be placed in a row next to other signs that are printed to give the full title running along the horizontal lines, and you could like wrap the board around corners (e.g. around chess tables) and still be able to read the full title. Idk still seems like bad design tho 😂
My first thought about the cutout in the table was to put a water bottle there, so I don't push it over with my feet when I get up xD I also never put my phone on my nightstand...or anything for that matter, because my cats will throw it off xD other places can have things on them but not my nightstand, like I have 2, there is books on the other one that I don't actually use, but the one next to my head? nope xD
yea my cat will push anything off the nightstand too. I put my water glass inside the drawer 😆 I just have a lamp on the night stand and he has even knocked that off a couple times.
I... think your redesign of the Levi's ad is atrocious. Visually offensive. Oversaturated and overcontrasty. Looks like a bad kid's toy ad. Only thing I agree with is making the Marks logo readable, which it wasn't before.
At least the police car is better than it having the puzzle piece slapped all over it
Yeah! Screw Autism Speaks!
except 50% of the victims of police brutality are disabled so its remarkably tone deaf
Yeah the puzzle piece police car was horrendous
The fact that they turned puzzle pieces into an anti-autism symbol is so messed up. What next? Gonna use fidget toys against people with ADHD?? Use dinosaurs to represent transphobia??? LADY GAGA FOR HOMOPHOBIA????

Yep, I thought so, too :D
