I went to Majuli a year back with my family and it was amazing.... So green and so beautiful... We lived in a cottage too and ate the local food... I live in Assam and it is one of the best places for a weekend getaway... Hope you liked it... And this video makes me want to go there yet again. 😃😃

Tribal areas like Mising villages in Majuli Or Karbi and Dimasa hills, Haflong- the hill town etc. Also Digboi, the first place in Asia to have oil. Check out the oil museum there. And also, Sivsagar, the ancient capital of the Ahom kingdom. Charaideo Maidam, the holy burial sites of the ancient Assamese kings.
