I do not believe that it should take 6 months after treatment to make a demand that is a little ridiculous. I think lawyers can be a little more assertive in obtaining records during the course of treatment. That way when treatment concludes they are more prepared and aware of things and should move forward. People's lives are often destroyed by the time it takes to settle a simple straight forward.

Great video attorney Buckley. I have a question, please sir. I have wondered about this many times through the years. If you're mowing your lawn, and one vehicle hits, or runs into a second vehicle, and the second vehicle hits you while mowing, is the second vehicle liable? Both vehicles? Are they equally liable? Thank you for taking time to respond.

The vehicle causing the incident will usually be at fault for the entire claim since the second vehicle was not negligent in causing the collision...generally speaking.

Thanks for the response. You don't want to post any information that will be used against you. For instance, if you are complaining of an injury that is preventing you from doing things, you don't want to post a video of your having a great time at Disney World. Insurance companies look for and will find everything they can use against you. Watching informative videos and asking questions id OK.
