Scream is part 1 of the Dystopia trilogy, which is about cyber-bullying, hateful comments and people losing themselves in the (fake) online world. It is mostly showing the victim's perspective of (cyber)bullying, comparing it to a medieval witch hunt and a burning at the stake. The tree is the tree of language, and it grows black fruit for every hurtful thing people say. Note also the hand gesture, it is the devil's horns introduced by Ronnie James Dio as a symbol for metal, but it originally was a gesture in the middle ages to ward off the evil eye, tying into the witch hunt theme. I really enjoy the music, it's rock mixed with EDM. Dreamcatcher are always very creative, and they are in their own genre by this point. Part 2 is "Boca" and part 3 is "Odd Eye". You really should react to them as well.
Dreamcathcher are that group that just have their own unique colour in the music industry not just kpop their sound,their colour,their presence is just different, unique something spcial that is specifically them

All of the title tracks have rock or metal influences usually accompanied by some combination of EDM, Strings, and Piano and the dark themes and concepts are a Dreamcatcher staple. dreamcatcher songs are unique and would love to see you see more of them but I hope you check out pixy too another girl group that also really stands out to me especially their dance practice video for their debut song wings is so good they are still kind of new and doesn’t have a lot of fans yet but they are totally worth checking out even if they are not yet mainstream they are really good their dance kinda gives same energy as boy groups too which we don’t see often and it’s cool to see
if in the beginning you were talking about the whole CA situation i just want you to know that part of the fandom has been actively trying to reach out to the company since their debut but tbh there was little to no response, however, last year some fans reached out to the english speaking members via a fancall event and the members said they understood why that was hurtful and have most probably been acting behind the scenes to try and actually convince the company to do smth about it and since then there has been no use of dreamcatcher imagery in any of their albums or promotional stuff
