This was the 1st part of the Dystopia Trilogy that talks about cyberbullying. 1st Scream: Hear no Evil; 2nd Boca (mouth in spanish) (speak no evil), 3rd Odd Eye (see no evil). Dreamcatcher is a K-Pop group that often incorporates Rock or even Metal into their music (mainly into their title tracks), but they mix a LOT of genres. Boca for instance is mainly Rock + Moombahton. They are a severely underrated group as their music is hard to digest due to the heavy switches and rock is not popular in Korea. They are have a solid fanbase (InSomnia) mainly outside of Korea. Them being underrated means they have some of the best vocal line out of all K-Pop groups, Dami is a top top tier rapper, while Siyeon is once of the best main vocalist. All members have really good and distinct voices, their choreography is among the strongest ones (fast beats means really powerful movements with strong tempo switches and intricate details). They have their own company meaning small company, much higher freedom but hard to compete against bigger companies.

And while the girls look like they could rip out your spine when they are on stage, off stage they are adorable crackheads. 😉 Scream is part 1 of the Dystopia trilogy, which is about cyber-bullying, hateful comments and people losing themselves in the (fake) online world. It is mostly showing the victim's perspective of (cyber)bullying, comparing it to a medieval witch hunt and a burning at the stake. The tree is the tree of language, and it grows black fruit for every hurtful thing people say. Note also the hand gesture, it is the devil's horns introduced by Ronnie James Dio as a symbol for metal, but it originally was a gesture in the middle ages to ward off the evil eye, tying into the witch hunt theme. I really enjoy the music, it's rock mixed with EDM. Dreamcatcher are always very creative, and they are in their own genre by this point.

IIRC, the devil-eye/evil-eye thing is about having a "magic" eye that can see past people's masks and into their souls. So you can see what they _really_ mean by their words. Like the "be careful what you wish for" thing of hearing people's thoughts. It can be both a blessing and a curse. But, it's you feel like you're surrounded by people whose words you cannot trust, you may just be desperate enough to make that deal with the devil.
The devil imagery is a reference to the type of people who leave reckless comments hiding behind a mask. And Dreamcatcher is challenging online haters: If you make us scream, we're gonna make you scream, because what you send out is gonna come back to you.
They're well known for the rock influence, they're the only group that does that. Keep listening DAMI'S rapping is the s***. You want to hear her longest one check out the performance video by Dingo called Black or White
