Ever since I got into DP, I never liked the idea of DannyxSam pairing being shoved down our throats. Both by Nickelodeon, Hartman and even the fans who support it. Instead, I always prefered to see Danny with other girls, whether by fanart or fanfics or even AMVs here. But now, since the release of the graphic novel, the ugly truth about Hartman's views and other things, I officially decided to stick to the version me and my friends create, rather than the original or the fandoms.

Sam has one too many flaws & bad character traits that get glossed over
I really liked Danny X Valerie they do have good chemistry together and their romance is interesting and I do like enemies to lovers when it’s really written and it makes sense and this one does and i was disappointed when the relationship ended because I wanted to see more of it but it probably was for the best because Valerie didn’t want Danny to get hurt because of her ghost haunting and Danny also had feelings for Sam and I also really liked Danny X Sam I thought they were cute together and had decent chemistry but the will they won’t they drive me nuts because I just wanted them to get together and i wouldn’t have minded if either Valerie X Danny or Sam X Danny were endgame because to me it doesn’t matter too much because romance is only a small part of the show
I'm just gonna say it Danny and Valerie were more interesting and had better chemistry than Sam and Danny
Let's not. All women in this show were amazing. We not pitting anyone against the other especially when Danny is just an average guy

I don't think the romantic type of love is special and I think that the romantic type of love isn't real. More than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other, while most platonic best friends remain friends until death.
I think that having a platonic best friend is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse is. Having someone who's like a sibling to you is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse. Also, you are more likely to be much closer to someone who's like a brother or sister to you than you would be with a romantic partner or spouse.
The best feeling for most girls is being able to have guy friends that are ACTUALLY like their brother. Most girls prefer having platonic guy friends over a boyfriend/husband. Many girls would choose their male best friend over their boyfriend and give more importance to them.
People may hate me for saying this...but I always found Sam to be a VERY hypocritical character.
She claims to be standing up against authority, that she doesn't want people dictating how she should act or what she should eat. But what does she do...she does exactly that by either forcing her school to change to a menu only SHE eats and blackmails anyone who doesn't follow her...mildly Eco-terrorist actions
Nah, you aren't wrong. While I do like Sam, her hypocrisy is a flaw of her character and it's never properly addressed

One of the things I remember about said stuff is his habit of showing favoritism through his character, much like Chris Savino did. At this point, I look at it as both of those gents favoring the ladies over their own male protagonists; thus depicting them as idiots

I always thought Danny x Sam looks like siblings and that's one of the main reason I hate the ship (Not to mention they're childhood friends that end up together, another relationship trope that I hate). That, alongside how Sam is such a boring (Both in terms of personality and look) female character compared to the other ones in the show. I wanted Danny to get with any girl who isn't Sam.
Than who should Sam end up with ?
