Bill is an old school Democrat. His main views are pretty much what we should expect out of most celebrities who aren't crazy or stupid. However, I have to admit on this interview he was higher and weirder than I have ever seen him. It was like he was fearful of this interview. Think back to when Trump first announced he was running,2016, & then it became clear he was serious and could make a run at it - No One wanted him - on either side.
