I petition for this song to now be known as "Geoffs Lament" 😂😁💜

As someone who likes Jack Skellington, I agree. Geoff pulled this off perfectly and I would love to see him play as Jack.

That was his wife Kathy working the puppet in front of the green screen at the end, producing a perfect Zero, the ghost of Jack's dog. She's the production manager, and a vital part of the team for Geoff's and Voiceplay's videos.

In reality, going from his bass register to his head voice is one of the easier switches. When he goes from his lower register into his mid baritone range is the hardest... and he does that a lot, too. This is because, when he goes from his low range and gets really close to his first passaggio, this is risking voice cracks... but Geoff has it down to a science to navigate that area of his voice.

I love his shout-outs to his top-tier patrons at the end. Rick Underwood did his magic makeup. The behind-the-scenes video of him building the set.

I feel Geoff used this video to really show off what he could do. And it worked! We love it!

I loved your reaction. I feel that this was a masterful performance from Geoff. The most surprising thing to me was when he did that matrix trio thing and went into rock tenor.

Geoff's vocal control is exceptional. Switching gears, you might say, is not easy but he has it down to a fine art. Loved your reaction. Geoff has made videos on how to sing low.

I'm so glad you reacted to this one!! It's become my favorite Halloween video very quickly. The way he dances through his range is crazy and the aesthetic is just perfect. 🎃👻😈

I really need a live action nightmare before christmas (preferably theater) with HIM as Jack.

I don't think Mt. Vesuvius was ever as lit as this video. Especially not with ghost doggo. And I love everything with Fall vibes which was done perfectly!!!

He's awesome, but the sad part about bass is they have to have more range or they don't get as much work as your dime a dozen mid~highs.

If you are interested in trying, Geoff has a video on his channel that explains how he does it ;) Loved your reaction! :) And subscribed already when I saw you react to Oogie Boogie before this one.

I'm always so torn about anyone singing jack, I'm a huge fan of Danny elfman's versions. Theres a reason they kept him ♡ lol having said that im also a fan of Geoff so i cant decide!

You gotta do Ren Children of the Moon. REN’s horror movie song. Best Halloween song ever! And it’s Ren!

No one is mentioning the author of this completely fantastic song. Danny Elfman created this, he is a true genius. Geoff does a wonderful version, but please acknowledge the origin.

You can hit that low if you use your subharmonics. that note is an F#1. My voice is higher than yours and I can hit D1 with subharmonics. I Think you could hit a C1 if you train.

That is a voice that makes you want to believe in a higher power. If you've not please see the Oogey boogey song. This guy can blow speakers with that voice. Unreal.
