I love what you have done with those tables. I have the 3x2 as well. Can you show me how you added the lower shelf and where you got the clamp rack from?
Hi Richard, this is the Amazon link to the racks www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CHZ9XLS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1#customerReviews. At 4:15 in the video shows the 1x2x.188 tubing layout. Once I squared two legs to the table I measured the distance and cut the tubing to size. When I had the tubing fitted on the 3’ sides of the table tacked in place, I squared those planes to the table and measured and cut the tubing for the 2’ sides. Once all the tubing for the shelf was in place I finished the welding. For the layout of the mesh shelves I made a two piece cardboard template that fit within within the layout of the shelf tubing. To get a tight fit the two cardboard templates were cut as mirror image of each other and overlapped in the middle. They were then taped together to make a one piece template that was used to mark the size on the 16 gauge expanded metal.
Hi Dustin, I made the clamps out of 5/8 inch bolts welded to Harbor Freight clamps. There are multiple videos on how to cut the clamp and weld on the bolt. The 1-2-3 and 2-4-6 blocks I got on Amazon.
That’s a heck of a deal! The legs are free. I’m sure they corrected the problem that I had. All the other reviews of these table do not mention it. The tables @ $500 alone are worth it. Hard to find a 4’x6’ cast iron table setup for $2K.
Im surprised at how the legs are attached. I would have expected the table to have countersunk holes on top with screws the went into the top plate of the legs. This seems really chintzy. I see that Primeweld has new tables that look better. I’ve seen videos showing a small nut welded to the bottom of the table for the kegs. Maybe they’ve fixed that. It was a real issue.
There are 4 counter sunk holes on the top for each leg. The Allen head bolts are flush with the table top. Two of the four counter sunk bolts are shown at 1:29 in the video.
thanks for pointing out the unground leg mountings, I am glad their customer service was up to the task
Thank you for an honest review! Very informative!!!

Do you have a link for the tool racks you bought on Amazon?
Here’s ya link: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CHZ9XLS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1
@@giterbilt5146 Thanks! I just ordered the table.
If you don't mind my asking, where are you located?
Is it flat?
Oh yeah, as I mention in the video it is flat to +- 0.010. These are really good tables.
Johnson's or Min-wax furniture wax works great for long term corrosion protection on cast iron.
yep, thats what I use on my woodworking tools
