Hello, I use your kit to extract DNA from soil samples and I was wandering up until now I had no problems. Now I am struggling really hard, because I can't see the DNA pellet when I centrifuge the samples after the isopropanol precipitation. I incubate them at -20 degrees Celsius (and I even tried to incubate them at -80 degrees Celsius) and I could perfectly see a good amount of white DNA pellet being precipitated. Then I centrifuge the samples (centrifuge set at 13000 rpm; tried also at 14000 rpm) and I can't see the pellet anymore in the precipitate. I do everything according to the protocol, but at the end I have almost no extraction. What I could be doing wrong? : (
