The 403RD is a paradise, offering two separate sliding glass patio doors to invite natural light inside. The rear den arrangement allows ample space for entertaining. Two hide-a-beds and theater seating offer plenty of sitting space. The kitchen is equipped with an island, full pantry and buffet style solid surface countertops. Along with a full walk in shower this unit offers a wardrobe slide for hanging clothes. This unit is also prepped to add a separate washer and dryer unit for long stays.
Can this still be purchased, or is there a 2024 model that is available with the same floor plan? I absolutely LOVE this floor plan!.... We are hoping to purchase 2-3 destination trailers, but this will be #1. We are also VERY interested in the 40CBAR

What is the difference between "Rear Den" and the more common "Rear Living"? They look the same to me.

This one is almost perfect. I really wish there was some room on at least one side of the stove and a little bit bigger sink counter. :(

@@TheRVHunter There are quite a few RV's I like. What we are doing is moving out of our property here and selling it for a bigger farm. It will take us time to build what house we want so looking for something that we can live in while we make those plans etc. We have 1 son at home. 6'3, 280 and 36 with high functioning autism. He has a cabin that he will use as his large bedroom. I still have hubby and I and we want it to feel like a home and not temporary camping. I want 2 doors because my ancient behind (60) isn't hoofin it out a window and dropping to the ground. lol Stove with space on each side. ( We cook a lot and prepare foods for storage. (canning, freeze drying etc from our garden. So the stove has to have space and plenty of counters. I'm looking at a unit that has a front kitchen and has the stove in the center island but I think it only has one door.. But I love that these offer 2 doors. These seem to be built a little more cheaply. My daughter is also moving to the new property and she is looking for possibly a toy hauler. She has 2 kids.
Can you get this with a king size bed?
