    I Love the way you call California is like a big city. The whole southern half is like a big city. We moved way out in the Desert to avoid people. Well after 39 years they followed us outhere. We're coming to Wyoming this summer to give it a Try for one month. We are seriously considering retiring there. Thanks for this very informative video.

      I've only been to Casper 2-3 times
      So I'm no expert on it
      Its a small city feel I guess

    I enjoy visiting Wyoming, but I question the reality of the "cowboy culture". I just spent a few days in Cheyenne and saw two people, two!, wearing cowboy hats. The trolley tour driver was one. The other was me. That's it - I didn't see anyone else with a cowboy hat, or even cowboy boots.

    When watching these Video's be careful, Living in Wyoming is for sure not all fun and games, I lived there for 26 years, moving back to East Texas, in 2016, I was just up in Sheridan Visiting Friends and doing some Fishing, this last year, The State is Struggling with Sky High Unemployment, and Everything is just getting more and more Expensive , I could not believe it. Nearly all the people I knew have moved from the Area and in fact have left the State, The State is in Economic Free Fall, and its not getting any better, Most all Towns are in remote locations, far from other towns, and in Winter Driving can be a real problem, Blizzards often close Highways and Roads, And Dangerous Ice makes even short trips difficult.. The State is a Tourist Destination, and after Tourist Season the Entire State slows to a crawl, many jobs are over, done with, gone. Power Bills, Utility Bills are out of this world High, $ 400 to over $ 600 per month for even a small apartment, multi bedroom houses power bills can easily get up to and over $800 to $ 1000 Bucks a month. The Lack of good shopping, or good restaurants, makes it worse. The State is a Beautiful place to visit, be a Tourist, do fun stuff, but to live there can be a Train Wreck, Unless you are just wealthy, dont make the mistake of moving up to Wyoming thinking you'll just get a job and find a nice house to rent or buy, Rents are Crazy High, large Deposits, and long Term leases are how they operate, most people that move to the State, move right back out usually with in the first year, Taxes are High, Vehicle registration fee's are very high, lots of Cons and Scams go on in the Real Estate and Rental Markets, The Goal is to Separate you from your money, be very careful, there are very few regulations in the State that keep Realtors and landlords in Check, Its also common for Landlords to sell Rental properties out from underneath Renters, leaving them stuck and stranded, I would Recommend not Moving to Wyoming...

    Bullshit, Wyoming winters are brutal, 8 months long, bitter negative cold, the wind never stops blowing, almost non existent medical services, absolute isolation, very few grocery services and every summer the towns are over run by rabid prairie dogs. Don't come, it sucks.

    • @ArizonaninWyoming
      @ArizonaninWyoming  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The part of wyoming doesn't have the prairie dog issue
      But I have heard from farmers about it
