🇬🇧 Terre di Canossa 2023 extraordinary journey took the crews around the thousand-year-old roads of the ‘Great Countess’ Matilda, Queen of Italy in the 12th Century. The event set off in the beautiful city of Forte dei Marmi, the “Pearl of Versilia” and saw the participants drive through the Cinque Terre, the Garfagnana, Lucca and Pisa.
Terre di Canossa is an international regularity car rally for classic cars dating between 1919 and 1976, with both timed trials and average speed trials, along a 600 km route, and with a special ‘Pre-war Cup’ classification.
🇮🇹 Il viaggio straordinario di Terre di Canossa 2023 lungo ha portato gli equipaggi sulle millenarie strade della Gran Contessa Matilde, Regina d’Italia nel XII Secolo. La città di Forte dei Marmi, meravigliosa perla della Versilia, ha fatto da sfondo a questa edizione, in cui i partecipanti hanno guidato attraverso le Cinque Terre, la Garfagnana, Lucca e Pisa
Terre di Canossa è una gara di regolarità turistica internazionale per auto d’epoca, con prove a cronometro e di media, lungo un percorso di circa 600km per vetture storiche dal 1919 al 1976, con una classifica speciale dedicata alle auto anteguerra, la “Pre-War Cup”.

This was an amazing event! The Canossa team did an outstanding job, everything went smoothly as we traversed the region. The hotel was truly 5 Star and all the food we enjoyed was excellent.
