Extremely unrelated, but I’m new to Sprout. Do you have any tips? This will help me see if Sprout is a good toon for me, but right now it’s not looking good. I have trouble with sprout because of stress. I’m not good at distracting, so I simply don’t. But when I’m playing sprout, I feel like people want me to help distract, even if there’s someone else already doing it. Especially when they die. I also feel like when someone dies, it’s completely my fault. I like extracting as sprout. I like the gameplay as sprout. But my stupid stress is weighing me down. If you have any tips that’d be super helpful! ❤️ not forcing. I’d also be surprised if you read this whole thing. I yap too much.
@@dydyddyddy Its absolutely no problem!! For trinkets, I recommend Fancy Purse and Veemote, since it gives you an extra heal and guaranteed 10 tapes each floor. You can use speed trinkets, but thats only if you don't have either of these trinkets or want an extra speed boost, which is not really needed cuz of his 4* spd. For play style, you should focus on extracting machines and not distracting since Sprout needs the tapes. The only times Sprout would be distracting(which is temporary) is when a teammate is in danger or to get the 3 tapes each twisted encounter gives. I honestly don't recommend distracting full time with Sprout, even with his 4* spd and 5* stam cuz you would usually be rocking veemote+purse and not speed trinkets. For items, I never buy from Dandy's shop. Only buy if you need that heal, have like 300+ tapes and you trust your teammates are able to not get hit much. I like to pick up items like gumballs, chocolate and pop since they spawn often. Pick up as many items as you can for tapes but try to leave some for your teammates. Its up to you whether you want to pick up a bandage or not, but I usually leave those for others or when Im full hearts. For toons, don't heal Shrimpo(self explanatory), and Teagan cuz she can self heal. I would personally save my heals for distractors, mains and Cosmo cuz distractors help lead twisteds away, mains only have 2 hearts and Cosmo can heal others. Sprout has a long cooldown so only use your heals on people who have 1 heart, its fine to be stingy with your tapes. Also try not to play with another Sprout in your round since it increases the tapes needed to heal by 50. This last part is personal, but I like to play in games with at least 1 Cosmo cuz it makes it so much easier to play. Dont feel bad if someone dies, its not your fault and sometimes you just dont have enough tapes to heal them(which, trust me, happens quite often. So often that I dont feel as guilty anymore when someone dies). Ignore the ppl who tell you to distract cuz Sprout is a support toon and they only say he should distract because of his speed and stam. Have fun sprouting!!:D

I played as Cosmo and I ended up dying to Pebble during a blackout because I failed a skill check. The weirdest part about that was the fact that Pebble was chasing someone with lower stealth so idk how that happened. I also died to Shelly because I was doing the last machine in the kitchen shelf room (RnD were there) and twisted Shelly walked in there TWICE!
