Thanks again xansdad55, this is my mums recipe it's quite common in Greece to eat rose water and rose cordial based desserts. We use the rose cordial in this recipe instead of rose water to get a deeper pink color on the top layer of the blacmanger. Thanks for your support. Which part of the US you from?
Currently, Southern California, but have lived in the New England, New York, and Houston. I'm sure that here in the Los Angeles area there are many Greek or Middle Eastern markets that sell Rose Cordial.
