      @@raydare2002 True. From my experience of trading in with Apple, they don't mind it that much if you have certain scratches on the screen, as long as it's not scratches everywhere. But what they will never accept as a trade-in is if the back of the phone is scratched! Then you're done, lol.

    Thank you for the fab vid! When I dropped the cover onto the glue it did have a few air bubbles left by the time it had reached the edges (which did take a while and bit of tipping the phone), but I brushed the air bubbles away to the sides using the microfiber cloth before curing, and that seemed to get rid of them. Thanks again for the great vid! I bought my phone second hand, and there were scratches all over the screen. Now there are none! 😀

    • @IXavenue
      @IXavenue 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi Omar, Unfortunately loca glue will NOT work with a regular screen protector since it already has adhesives on it and the glue will not spread.
      You need a tempered glass screen protector that has no adhesives at all in order for the loca glue to spread and cure correctly.
      If there isn't any kits for your phone you can buy alternative tempered glass that have adhesive on the sides, top and bottom (Not fully adhesive) and gently remove the adhesive with your fingernails and order any kit on amazon that contains LOCA glue and that has a similar screen size as yours, you don't want to run out of glue if you order a smaller device tempered glass kit.

      It's not a "fake English accent": he probably learned British RP (received pronunciation) English in school and got the accent from there. His learned RP is then mixed with his local language/accent to create the particular English accent you're hearing.
      Pretty sure he's from Hong Kong and what we're hearing is a Cantonese twang in his accent. That may be what you're picking up as well. English is one of two official languages of Hong Kong, so it indeed is his native language, but the Cantonese makes it accented.
