The project is primarily intended to arouse reflection in the audience. Mainly about what they wear and where the clothes come from. But also, to demonstrate the acquired value that exists in second-hand clothes. Buying clothes in second-hand stores is often associated pejoratively. Precisely because someone used to wear these clothes. We want to show that it is precisely the fact that clothes have been previously used that creates their positive value. We buy unique clothing with our own identity and give them a new one.
On the occasion of the "Feet of your outfit" exhibition, we discover the stories of second-hand clothes by examining their identity. By learning about these stories, we give value to clothes. By dressing for new users, we give a new identity. So that in the end they become valuable also for us.
All the clothes used in the project were bought in stores in Krakow between October and December 2018.
