At 9:10, why is the sum from 0 to infinity instead of 1 to infinity ?

Yo I really enjoy these type of videos I used to love math but now I’m studying to get into med school can you propose a way for me to learn all of this and more quickly and efficiently ? I’m willing to put time in this effort cause math makes me smarter lmao

Get you man! I selftaught myself all the math that I know too:) I like having a plan of what I want to learn subject by subject. Then I go by the list, obsessing about the subject at hand. I like learning some theory every morning for like 15/30 mins in a deep work mode (on weekends I spend more time on it). I usually practise (solve problems) throughout the day. When I'm commuting to school or during some unimportant classes. But what really skyrockets the efficiency is, as I mentioned, deep work. I love the book "Deep work" (surprise) by Cal Newport. If you have any more questions, hit me up:)
