Great job and project! Only suggestion I'd make is to put an additional diagonal brace from the rear axle to the seat riser, One pot-hole and that back assembly will crack and break where it attaches to the bottom bracket.

The biggest problem i can see here is the axles bending due to the rider weight as they are only supported on one side. Each rear wheel should ideally be attached to some sort of fixed fork assembly pretty similar to the front wheel but unable to turn.
Improvements:
1. Add another pair of bars to support the hind wheels. She's a kid, so the weight is fine, but if it were a bike where an adult will ride, the weight will be too much and can cause the frame to buckle in the long run.
2. You can use the other spoke for the actual pedals, so the left is powered by the motor, the right is powered by the pedal.
3. Do not weld the hubs of the hind wheels together or servicing the bike will be a big pain in the butt. As it stands, you can't unscrew them anymore due to the nuts being welded with the bar.
4. The batteries needs better cover from the elements.
5. For adult riders or if the bike will be used for considerable distances, consider using LI-PO since lead-acid batteries have weaker AHs in comparison.
6. The idle spaces in the hind wheels can be used for something like a basket.

Все сделано не плохо для ребёнка, но на заднюю часть нужно укрепить сидение не имеет жёсткой связки осью ,тем более там груз добавился из мотора и двух аккумуляторов. Там может от ломаться при катании две трубки на которых все нагрузили. Плюс вес ребёнка который тоже создаёт туда хорошую нагрузку ,я считаю раму по зади от оси надо к сидению усилить чтоб надёжная конструкция была!.

You sure went weldy mcWeld weld on that. If something breaks you’ll have to go grindy mcGrind grind on it. A little more work in the beginning will save you time later.
Excellent job- this man has lots of ingenuity - I think he can build anything he puts his mind to - Great Job Amigo.
Great for kids up to 45kg but for anything over it's not safe having only one point of fastening for each rear wheel.
Maybe a strengthening bar from where the pedals were to the outside of each rear wheel.Then I would recommend up to 100kg.

требуется доработка ,велик небезопасный , тормоза только на переднее колесо опасно , сзади раму надо укрепить ,под тяжестью и нагрузкой ,усталости металла -трубки могут отломиться . Надо также резиновые трубки надеть (резиновый шланг в помощь) на подставки для ног .,Идея отличная ,но ребёнку такой велик не посоветовал бы .Устойчивость вызывает вопросы .

A hdpe would be a good first DIY - in 3 years she'll want her own welder!

Needs safety features: 1) Foot rests that guard against inadvertant slip off and against lacration of shanks when foot is on ground. 2) Fender above back wheels to prevent contact if butt slips backward off seat. Nevertheless, amazing work.
You forget also lights,emergency switch off,some water resistant cover for the batteries and cables,anti-slip pedals for the feet and I think much more.
I think it's great lucky kid...my wife wants now... workshop time...well done .

Good start. Maybe consider a fuse?? And a emergency off switch. Believe me.. you need it. I got a controller only last week that kept pushing full power without asking for it! Keep on trying!

#1 priority is a helmet, to protect from a 2-1/2 lbs. blow to the temple!
Nice simple idea, i think i would have used a bit of threaded rod at the rear end with those long nuts and the coonect the wheels into them and you could make the rear wheels as wide as you want for more stability.

Great idea! Beef-up the frame some and maybe wide the back tires for stability.
Love it. The two back wheels are not too far apart so this could probably still be transported on a regular bike towbar on the car. The only thing I'd add is to put the pedals back on. It's good to be able to pedal when you want and take it easy with the motor when you've had enough of pedalling. I'd probably grab some vinyl or leather and make a cover for the battery and all those wires. It could buckle up or use studs underneath so it can easily come off.
Please make it simple for use no cost for battery so one can easily move who can not balance simple bick. How to join two wheel at back to a simple bick instead one ?!

The idea is good, but the E-Bike is unstable when cornering. Also, the rider is in danger of severe injuries to one's rear of leg, heel and toe, as the wheels will ride up the limb if the child places her foot on the ground when in motion. It would be best to add support to the outer axles, add mudguards and widen the wheel spacing. Make it better and call it an upgrade. Well done for your first prototype E-Bike.

Nice project. consider attaching a dynamo on the second rear wheel to charge the battery as its being driven to keep the battery on full charge and also swap the rear tyres,one with more tread on the motor for more traction and also consider rear brake lights. its a simple super bike .
So it become a free energy bike right? Lmao
The battery will run down faster then because it has extra work to do.
Install a switch that activates the generator when coasting or going down a hill, then you will get free energy :)
i wish he had secured the batteries even more. and somehow made it water proof, so it can be used even when it rains. overall the concept can be very much improved with much more design and innovative engineering. a back carrier basket would seem very nice.

But... little gals are precious, fragile cargo, so perhaps some nerf bars and a fender to cover those tires, too? Could tie in an outboard support for the outside axles too maybe. Just my(likely unwanted & unneeded) 2 cents worth of usually useless afterthought(s) haha. Either way Dad- you seem to have hit it outta the park in her book, KUDOS!

One thing for sure he is good in soldering and Bad in Butchering the Bike. He could have both rear-wheel drive instead of Single wheel. The motor he used is powerful it will make front drop cause break must be controlled at rear drive. Instead of a clamp wheel break must be disc back for more stability.
Would never let any child drive with it. The back of the bike will break. Dangerously built

One outer support on both the rear wheel might give a better safety against wheels snapping off in case of any collision.
I was also thinking on this point. Very much dangerous construction for any rider. This man had not think about his baby's safety.

not clear whay you cut the frame.. it seem you could have accomolished addingthe wheels to the oustid and put in a spacer and welded in the inner platform for the battersing and the motoer by just spreading the rarea arms. they you could have kept the support structurs for the cyclest and the wheels from buckling.
