    Bro! I own that kettle. It is awesome! I have had no scale issues with it at all. 8.5/10 is a fair rating.

      It’s a great kettle! Especially for the price.

    Great review, thank you! I just ordered the "smart" version of the Cosori gooseneck that has the custom preset where you can specify your preferred temp. Excited to be able to more easily dial in my pour overs and not spill when I'm using my Flair.

    Good review! Might be time to finally update my old school goose neck kettle.

      It’s a great one! I highly recommend it. I think we got it at Bed Bath And Beyond so there’s always coupons too.

    I'm going to guess having some scale around the top is going to be normal for most kettles. Wipe daily when using it that should eliminate that problem. Thanks

    Good review, though I would have liked to see a temperature on their settings. Thank you!

    For less than $60 you could just by a drip coffeemaker if that is all you use it for. Afterall, pour-over, is just a fancy way of saying a drip coffee maker.

      What is your main use for a gooseneck kettle?

    Does it have that chemical smell?

    • @Patrickgozur
      @Patrickgozur  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I never experienced a chemical smell even when it was brand new.

      Haha I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. But thanks for this follow up 2 months later. 😎

    Someone should mention... steam doesn't carry minerals. Thats why distilled water is pure. Soooo...

    Do you find it a bit small? Like, If I wanted to make tea for 2?

    • @Patrickgozur
      @Patrickgozur  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I do think it is a little small. It can definitely do tea for 2 but maybe not for 3 or 4.

    Can you use this on a stovetop or does it only work with the hotplate

    • @Patrickgozur
      @Patrickgozur  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This does not work on the stovetop. The base you see in the video is the heating base that comes with the kettle. Thanks for watching!

    Use distilled water in this kettle silly.

    Vinegar can be high corrosive. You should probably use just regular dish soap and water to clean it.
