Italy C - The C must stand for "class". They knew they were beaten regardless of the accidental rule break, and admitted defeat. A lesser opponent would have taken admin win on a technicality and brought it to a decider, regardless of how low their chances were. I think they deserve a rematch
For sure they were well outmatched. It's easy for us to say that on the outside looking in, but when you're in their position you can't have that mentality
@Eoin1 if this is the game I think it is, the sling on Norway’s team was immediately slung back, and by doing so, the slinger also has to pay a tax in addition to the sling. It was corrected immediately, and in doing so actually setting the slinger back more. With this in mind, it is very unlikely that we on the admin team would punish Norway, unless the game was in a state where this sling would have made a game-breaking difference.
(But I absolutely agree on the great sportmanship from Italy. I was responsible for the scheduling for Norway A, and Italy’s captain was very friendly and easy to communicate with. :) )
@@asgeirsoe this was so long ago I can't really remember, but I think what I meant by rematch was that they play them again separately from the tournament. After all, it's not every day one gets the chance to play the Viper. Good call not to punish Norway btw- I like the reasoning behind it
