    Tried this yesterday it really helped
    schedule
    1.)Eat bar
    2.)Cold shower
    3.)Brush teeth
    4.)Read 5-10 pages of a book
    5.)Meditate (5-8 minutes)
    6.)Practice math(one method of math)
    7.)Go to gym for 30-45 minutes
    8.)Go to roof 12-20 minutes
    9.)TH-cam ( 30 minutes max no more)
    10.)Warmish shower
    11.)Brush teeth
    12.)Self reflect ( write in diary )
    13.)Go to bed(8 hours of sleep)
    Rules: drink only water or orange juice, no fap, no video games, watch your calories, limit junk food, walk in nature at least once a week, go to gym 5 times a week,try to socialize,never simp or make fun of yourself,Only use tv for 1 hour 30 minutes,music is fine,spend time with loved ones.

      I tried doing things slowly. I fully cut out energy drinks, I drinked at least once or twice a day, stopped for almost 2 weeks. My sleep improved dramatically, I can go to bed more earlier.
      Next Im focusing on no fap for at least 30 days, thats my goal. Also I will impliment cold showers daily, once I reach 30 days I will cut out all electronics devices.
      Also I want to apply to the gym.

    I am at day 15 of NoFap and NoPorn. It's just awesome. My quality of life increased in so many ways. I never thought that this could make such a difference in my life. But now I also know that I had a serious problem I wasn't aware of.

      For me the way to truly not lose nofap is just dont count the days. Dont count, dont put yourself into boredom, always be doing something and meditation

    I've been struggling with nofap for over a year now. Currently at my lowest point yet, doing and watching things that go against all my moral values. I've been telling myself every day that "this is the last time" but never seem to get past the 3 day mark. This video really just made something click in my head. Thank you Kenny 👊

      Get rid of as many triggers as you can! twitter , instagram , reddit, tiktok. delete all of them they don’t serve you any purpose if you do have them and put website blocks on safari in your settings so it takes away private browsing as well as adding another step in order to get to those sites that you want to avoid

    Started cold shoowers and nofap exactly two weeks ago after seeing ur vids, so far the cold showers have actually been kinda fun cause I feel like it brings this like "challenge" to such an ordinary thing as taking a shower. The bigger problem is no fap, I was so close today to failing luckily my mother came home and it helped me realize but I can definitely see that this is going to be very difficult for me. I wish luck to everyone who's in this with me and thanks for making these videos, they really help.

    This is the video I needed. I was planning to, as soon as I can, start improving my life. I do really have to be aware and control my impulses. I already have cold showers, I have been the whole year creating that habit. Now I wake up at a nice hour to seize the time and I get into the shower, without thinking. If I have made it and now I love taking cold showers, I believe that I can create more habits during the summer, and more important, to keep them in time. This video was the last "destiny sing" to get enough motivation to stop faping. Its a fucking addiction, I hate it. I also unistall league of legends, I hope that helps 🤣🤣. Thanks kenny for your help through the years 🤗🤗
    Edit: I have a new goal, to make 2025 the best year of my life. And then, I will look back, and Ill feel thankful to my past me

    I think its amazing you identified this so young, most people take too long or never look inward to improve. porn , drugs, excessive eating... Its all the same in the end. Whether its for pleasure, a coping mechanism or whatever, in the end for our own self interests we must do what is necessary to survive and enjoy life. You don't have to remove everything completely, start doing one thing at a time slowly, get your life going again, get momentum. This could take months or even a year. Once you're right again, you can still enjoy vices here and there, but you must be mindful where your time and priority is. That's really the key. There is a reason discipline has been a virtue for thousands of years, its necessary to get through life. It may feel impossible now, but trust yourself, and trust the process. As you apply discipline, eat right, exercise you fortify yourself against the hardship of life, and things you thought impossible you realize you've done and can do easily. I came from a very dark, hedonistic place and did all this, built my career up, got a house. 10 years ago I would have never ever thought I could. You are capable of so much more than you think. Truly think about if you've ever actually TRIED 100% at anything in life. Very rarely have people done so. Imagine what you can do if you can. If another human has done it, you can do it.

    I did a 10 day meditation retreat (goenka) and my dopamine baseline came up so noticeably. Everything looked brighter, it was even pleasurable to just look at small weeds 🌱🌿☘️ on the ground. Beautiful ❤

      That book or that ideology(Neville Goddard) hurt me though, in daily visualization I imagined being with girls, that lead me to relapse, I thought I could manifest girls by imagination, I will not imagine any type of sexual things again, it doesn’t work, but other than that yeah it works.

    Also, it’s important to do serious inner work or relapses will occur. You need to confront yourself and face your insecurities and understand why you behave the way you do. Once you understand why you feel a certain way, you can master that emotion. Without inner work, nofap and cold showers will not heal your deep inner pain.

    I started NoFap about three weeks ago, and so far no real change. And it's difficult, it really is, but im going to keep going at least all summer. It is a experiment for me and I hope that will keep me on track. i'm going to start meditation too, and see if I can become more focused.

    Cold shower hack: make sure the head gets hit first and let the water filter down. The longer you delay letting the cold water hit your face, the worse it will feel for a longer period of time. Smart man Huberman talked about it.

    I force myself every morning to take 2 minute cold showers as soon as I wake up. You will feel 150% better after doing it consitantly vs never doing it.

    For those curious about Nofap it’s original title is known as Sexual Transmutation. The term is used in How to grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Sexual Transmutation is when you engage in celibacy and use that stored sexual energy. Converting it creative energy. It also increases testosterone levels as you are holding onto higher levels of sexual energy. As someone who has practiced sexual transmutation, I have to say the results are incredible. But it does require strong discipline. If you consider going this route , I wish you good luck . You will feel a psychological rebirth it’s that life changing.

    Thanks, man. I've been trying to work on a path for the past 4 years, and I'm glad at least I have been going to a personal trainer for the last 3 years but have no improvement. It's been pretty cool that you are straightforward with how you were.     If you struggle with cold showers definitely shower warm first and then switch to cold in the second-half of the shower. That really helps.

    Recently listened to books "Not Nice" and "No More Mr.Nice Guy" and wow gotta say a lot of this pathologically nice stuff is so subconsciously programmed from childhood most boys and guys are probably mostly unaware of their most subtle daily habits disempowering their authentic self and expression. Another powerful tool to combine with your journey - bring greater awareness of inauthentic pathological nice habits. Absolutely wild how much "being too nice" can wreck ones life with things like chronic pain, insomnia, digestive issues, etc - a lot of physical symptoms sprawling from the lack of mental alignment with authentic self that orchestrates the rest back into place.

    Great video Kenny. I myself have been on the self improvement journey for a couple of months now. Been consuming content mostly from Hamza. Fapping significantly less than before, much more productive, stopped gaming, deleted social media. I find myself persuing delayed gratification much more now. The best part of my life so far, that's for sure.
    Also one benefit relating to cold showers. They significantly improve sperm production and fertility. Cause sperm do much better in cooler temperatures. In case anyone of you are wanting to have children in the future (which you should), cold showers is the way to go.

    Dude, I am so glad I found your video. I'm going to try this. I want to admit this here and now for the world to see: I have a very bad addiction to pornography. It's out there and I hope many people see it for the sake of accountability. Now... I bookmarked this and I am going to start today, August 1st 2023, and see if I can overcome this. I want to watch this video every day until my addiction is gone. Porn has ruined my life. I started at a very young age and it has had horrible effects on my life. Aside from the things you mentioned here, I also thought out a plan just a few days ago to join the gym and completely change my diet. Thank you for this man. It has absolutely helped me.

    No smoking
    Good sleep

    Hygiene

    I manage to take cold showers only when I'm doing NoFap/SR. That shows how weak fapping makes you. Also I do visualization meditation where I also use the visualization its self during cold showers. I visualize my self getting in Bankai mode or releasing the 8th gate just as Might Guy did against Madara. Quite powerful technique!

    Thanks for doing it right before summer break, that makes achieving this as easy as possible for students like me, and I really need to start doing hw next year. Because of that, I’m gonna do no fap, no gaming, cold showers, meditate, do something in the arts, and only watch up to one and a half hours of yt everyday.

    Big tip for anyone trying cold showers:
    Maybe, just maybe, for you, might work better to do ice baths like it does for me. You just go in, stay, and go out. It’s much easier to muster the courage since it’s a moment. Cold showers are more painful and don’t give me half as much of a benefit imo.
    Try it out.

    On the topick of cold showers: I find a helpful meathod for transition into the cold is filling the first 1- 3 inches of the bathtub with cold water before getting in the shower with warm. Then you have already felt the cold on your feet; and I just turn down the water at the end, and use a sand timer to know when it has been long enough.

    I agree that willpower isn't the way to go for nofap. The idea of streaks doesnt work because you're constantly telling yourself "I am trying to quit porn" rather than updating your identity and saying "I don't watch porn". There's a powerful difference. I havent relapsed in months because I dont count days, I simply dont think about it. When I used to get the urge, I'd just tell myself that I am not a fapper, and it then didn't take much willpower to just not do it.
    And before, when I counted streaks, I definitely had a hard time topping the previous streak over and over, aka the loop.
    Btw what was the name of the video you had in the background on the tv?

    My cold shower rutine is: morning cold shower, before sleep: cold, until the warm water gets to shower (usually like 1.30min) and cold at the end.

      Mediation and prayer are two different things. I'm not saying that it is anti-christian rather that you should read what the holy fathers or today's saints say about Mediation. I recommend you doing prayer.

    All our water in utah comes from melted snow from the mountains so it makes sense the showers were super cold.

    I relapsed after 35 days, started back n did good for 8 days till I relapsed again. However, the thing that keeps me going is the fact that I haven’t lost any benefits whatsoever and it’s a great sign for my future💯

    Something very important that I didn't understand a few months ago is that you need to put the energy of fapping into something else. I don't really care now about fapping or not, but I have set my mind to not fapping on days I workout. I now workout 6 days a week, and only fap once a week. Very good lessons in this video.
