- It's a celebration! I'm deboxing and reviewing Joyous Celebration Poppy Parker Doll from the 2014 Poppy Parker collection.
At the time, she was celebrating 5 glorious years of Poppy Parker (this year, Poppy celebrates 10 years!) I've been crushing on this doll for a little while now and so happy to finally have her deboxed. Her golden brocade gown leaves me breathless. Add some hot pink tulle and flawless makeup to the mix and it's a perfect recipe for gorgeousness. This Poppy is SO me and I'm totally obsessed. **Note: my doll is missing her white gloves which I didn't realize at the time of my review since I don't look up the promo photos before or during filming.

I can't find her for a reasonable price! She has been on my list forever.
Love your videos! The gloves were NOT included with this doll. The factory forgot them. The gloves were mailed to us at a later time.

This gown is so reminiscent of a Francie doll outfit. Can't remember if it was sold separately or with the doll. I'm relatively new to IT and now I prefer them over Silkstones, believe it or not.

Do you notice her earrings looks exactly the same as Barbie earrings? Barbie used it a lot, like The Siren Silkstones, Black and White Beaded Gown, and several dolls. Even 50th Barbie Anniversary gold earrings!

I want to ask Suresh, do you know if her bun hairstyle can come out? I bought this doll recently and I absolutely love her, but I know I'd love her even more if I could have her hair out or even put it in a sleek ponytail.
I'm not sure, I have not tried taking her hair down. It seems like it's possible though.

i love the gown fabric it looks metalic. the neck line has a very royal feel. not sure i like the flat feet though. overall a beautifull doll!

This Poppy has the 1.0 body and does NOT come apart. So please don't try to pull her arms off or change her lower legs to a high heeled one. And the brestplate doesn't come off... This gorgeous Poppy 1.0 will break!
Poppy only comes apart when she has the 1.5 body.

Haha ok so for me, that is WAY too much. But if you looove her, then it's worth the splurge. I just hate supporting scalpers who hike up the prices of these dolls like crazy on ebay and make more of a profit than the actual manufacturer. Ugh.
