First of all, this is an ECM-like recording quality, especially the piano and drums. Second, the entire performance is absolutely moving. Third, if I were to identify just ONE example of music to share with someone else who has the ears to hear that perfectly portrays and conveys the kind of music that I like to listen to as a fan of jazz, improvisational, world, genre-blending, genre-defying music for more than 46 years, it would be from 6:04 to 15:38. I have no words to describe those nine-plus minutes!! As certain music does from time to time, those nine minutes have totally captured me, and I am happy to have no ability whatsoever to NOT listen to it on a daily basis for the time being. Deeply moving, sublime, and gorgeous creative music throughout this performance. Thank you!
