Imagine a scifi world were a plaque has nearly wiped out humanity, and only 3k people were left alive in Iceland. So the human species had to resettle the world from there. Sounds really cool.
One plague scenario I found pretty unique was the Werewolf one. Because in the 'true ending' (or at least what feels like such) people are first panicking to get the cure as the virus makes them more aggressive, stronger, and whatnot, as you evolved the typical werewolf symptoms, but then you unlock a mutation that allows them to control the shift, so they can truly be normal people or bring out super powers, and instantly the world deems your virus a good thing and ceased all cure, you effectively get into symbiosis with humanity, enhancing them in exchange, and feels far more mutually voluntary than say, the Neurax which makes us worship it via brainwashing.

I'd love for you to play some new rebel inc campaigns because of the additional advisors, the billionaire and the golden sands and devils peak map. I cant remember if the devs put any new map features or insurgent perks and that such.
The whole "symbiotic lifeforms" thing is completely founded, the mitochondria might be the powerhouse of the cell, but it's also just a symbiotic lifeform that happened to figure out that living in animal cells made gathering energy for its own sake much easier, and then animal cells realized that letting the mitochondria hang around was also beneficial. And this is ignoring the fact that there are more cells in your body that AREN'T you than ARE you, and if it was the other way around, you'd be incredibly unhealthy. While we, as a species, have partially developed mysophobia, germophobia, whatever you want to call it, even those individuals that have that condition will happily eat yogurt. Which is... full of germs. That's kinda why we eat it. And also, we've even developed medicine that purposefully infects you with germs (and I'm talking about probiotics, not vaccines). Idk, always thought it was funny that we're always taught "wash your hands to prevent germs getting into your mouth. Also, here's this food that's great for your health that's full of germs, put it into your mouth. But also remember to brush your teeth to kill germs. Oh, and here's your nightly probiotic, to infect you with germs, and an injection of dead germs to teach your body how to kill germs."
Fun idea Overall I kind of agree there's first scenario it was a interesting Idea It was safe Hopefully we'll see more ideas from this person and more variety
i have a request and it is 'the sadness', a scenario loosely based off the horror film of the same name by rob jabbaz. don't see too many necroa playthroughs on here so this might be interesting. it might be tricky to search for so using the horror tag should help
