Can't believe I'm seeing this. I was the last owner before it got taken off the road in 2017, always regretted selling it. I'd always assumed it got broken up or scrapped - the alloys were worth more then than the rest of the car was. So happy to see it running again, thank you so much for giving it some love!
I am so happy to have found your videos. I am doing my own restoration on a ‘98 GTV 3.0 V6 24v. Basically the same model as yours. Mine was in better shape than yours when I started, but then I did pay £5k for it. The Busso engine is an absolute joy and I have recently fitted Wizard pipes with quad outlets. I can’t actually describe how amazing it sounds, but I will send you a video of it if you like?
Hey, that's my old car! I owned it about 15 years ago. Great to see it's almost back on the road. There was a thick file of service history with it - hopefully that got passed on to you? The previous owner had the engine rebuilt following a broken cambelt, and I had a load of work done by Jamie Porter at the Alfa Workshop in Herts.

Awesome Alfa V6.
🔥 Tuned to 220bhp - will be interesting to get it on a rolling road and see what more it can produce from the V6!

I’ve had it out on the road and with the decat it sounds wild in a tunnel! ❤

Btw the thing at 1:57 is an alarm sensor, I think.
