방탄소년단이 리메이크를 한 ‘컴백홈’(Come back home)은 1995년 서태지와 아이들이 발표한 곡으로 22년 만에 처음으로 정식 리메이크됐다. 2017년 7월 방탄소년단에 의해 새롭게 탄생한 ‘컴백홈’은 오리지널 곡의 시그니쳐 사운드인 헤비한 베이스라인과 강렬한 비트, 인상적인 후렴구를 그대로 살린 채 방탄소년단만의 색을 입혀 새로운 곡으로 완벽하게 재탄생됐다.

@Josie B. i understand that they've branched out and experimented with a lot of different genres, but my point was that they started out as a hip hop group and most new armys don't appreciate that. Most new armys prefer that they changed, which makes me sad. Also, yoongi was an underground rapper and he appreciated hip hop just as much as the rest of rap line. (the other members like hip hop too,, tae for example loves the cyphers)

The original song is by the first "modern" kpop group, Seo Taeji and The Boys, and was released in the early 90s.. one of the members of the group is Yang Hyunsuk, also known as YG, who later became the creator of amazing groups from the 2nd and 3rd generation.. Working with Seo Taeji is a huge honor for bts, cause without him and the rest of his members kpop as we know it wouldn't exist. If you wanna hear more about the relationship they have with him they discuss it in their episode of men on a mission

To be honest, I actually really liked how the music video had different actors not BTS because it feels more raw and powerful, (the pain and stresses shown in the mv is experienced by everyone, anyone, in so many different pressures in society) plus BTS has become so busy lately, if they had featured acting in this mv, they would have more pressure and I would like that they could rest as much as they can.

This was originally Seo Taiji's song, so obviously the official Seo Taiji youtube channel and a channel like CJENMMUSIC is going to upload it, and not BigHit. This was a project on Seo Taiji's side, not BigHit's. Also BigHit posted a tweet on Twitter linking to this video on Seo Taiji's channel.
