    Ingredients:
    Puris (store-bought or homemade)
    Sev (available at Indian stores)
    Boiled potatoes (2-3, mashed or chopped)
    Onions (1 finely chopped)
    Tomatoes (1 finely chopped, optional)
    Green chutney (made with coriander, mint, green chilies, and lemon juice)
    Tamarind chutney (sweet and tangy)
    Chaat masala (for seasoning)
    Coriander leaves (chopped, for garnish)
    Lemon juice (optional)
    Salt (to taste)
    Instructions:
    Prepare the puris: Lay the puris on a plate, making sure they're not overlapping.
    Add the potatoes: Place a spoonful of mashed or chopped boiled potatoes on each puri.
    Add the onions and tomatoes: Sprinkle finely chopped onions (and tomatoes, if using) over the potatoes.
    Season with chaat masala and salt: Add a pinch of chaat masala and salt on top of the puris for extra flavor.
    Drizzle the chutneys: Add the green chutney and tamarind chutney to taste. Adjust based on how tangy or spicy you like it.
    Top with sev: Generously sprinkle sev over each puri.
    Garnish: Add a bit of chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
    Serve immediately: Sev Batata Puri should be served right away to keep the puris crispy.
