- This is a world-famous border ceremony and probably also the strangest border between two countries who do not have good relationships throughout history: India & Pakistan. So I have decided to join the ceremony as I was in Amritsar. Join me to get the whole experience.

This video is not meant to be increasing the tension between two audiences in the comments section. Let's be respectful and loving to each other. Even the border ceremony has a similar purpose.
Regardless of having so much going on between these two countries, as you can see in the video even the soldiers shake each other's hands. The Wagah border ceremony indicates the rivalry between the two countries and also shows the brotherhood and love shared.
Lastly, it was a shame for me not to have enough people on the Pakistan side(due to Ramadan) because I did not have the proper comparison of which audience in the auditorium did a great job with the support.

The demand for the partition of India was from the Muslim League not of the Britishers.
From 1930 onwards, Muslim league strongly advocated for the establishment of a separate Muslim-majority nation-state Pakistan

For you information (if you wish to know). PUNJAB (PUNJ means 5 and AAB means water which is a persian word ) means 5-waters. Actually 5-rivers run through both sides of Provinces of Punjab (before 14th August, 1947 there was one Punjab). Now 3-rivers are on Indian side and 2--rivers run through Pakistani side of Punjab.

China beat the crap out of you in 62 and recently. You should be ashamed of comparison between Pakistan is 8 times smaller than Endia where as China is the same size as Endia
But what did the brainless government do then? Nothing! Hence why Pakistan is still Pakistan and no longer in my opinion can be invaded. Right now we should have had the whole of Kashmir region and upper areas and balochistan would have been independent, but if a country like India cannot take Maldives or Nepal etc then it can’t take nothing. Only India no pure country would be in this position where a small territory like Maldives has not been taken and in return the hate for India is the worst it has ever been in Maldives! This is just a small example, look at China and how it is taking lands, this is not about taking lands etc but India could have taken countries like Nepal, Bhutan many many years ago and made them prosperous! Now these countries will soon fall into china’s hands due to money!!
Hahahaha.. Pakistan won 1947 war this is why half of Kashmir is in Pakistan. 1965 was also won by Pakistan.. go check out international newspapers specially the Australian times at that time (from Google).
1971 wasn't even a war.. it was a civil unrest in East Pakistan (Bangladesh) and India waged a war on it taking advantage. This is why Bangladesh it's with us today. Our soldiers were 1000 miles away from their country so they had to give up. It wasn't a surrender but a sacrifice that our soldiers made to escape more killings.
And yeah you can say that 1999 war was won by India as Pakistan attacked Kargil and India was able to defend it as we had defended ourselves in 1965.

Just a technical point - neither side employs their armies for this ceremony. On the Indian side, it is the Border Security Force, which is technically a police force tasked with border protection. They report to the home ministry, not the defence ministry. On the Pakistani side, it is their rangers, not sure who they report to. But I don't think their chain of command goes up to their army brass.
No , they are paramilitary force. Rangers is deployed on borders with India and 24th parallel boundary Sindh. They are deployed to secure borders in sindh and punjab. On the other side Frontier Constablary is deployed in KPK and Baluchistan with Afghanistan & Iran respectively.

No, it's not because of Ramadan, not many people come to the Pakistan side, I don't why but I visited this place 2-3 times and the number of people remained around 50. You can check it on youtube videos. Honestly, I never saw any girl at their side.

Bestest place to travel but do not travel in june as it's very expensive and crowded and also not in rainy season.

Dear That is Indian version that Britishers divided them infact Pakistan was the demand of Muslims, if Britishers wanted and if it was against The Will of local people then division was impossible , still today Muslims-hindus are divided in today's India and There are no Britishers today.

It was not the demand of Muslim People, but rather Muslim League. There are more Muslims in India than the population of Pakistan. All other religious minorities - Sikhs,Jains,Christians,Parsis and many Muslim leaders had no problem with a United India, it was Jinnah who wanted a different constitution for Muslims. Maybe they don't teach you about Jinnah's 'Direct Action Day' or Kolkata Killings of 1946 and his famous words "Either a divided India or a destroyed India" (Google up, in the age of internet everything is available)
And rest is history. 75 years later you can clearly see how 'successful' the idea of Jinnah has turned out to be and where Pak stands today 🙃
You may not be completely correct.. in most of the TH-cam videos at least 2-3 happy Muslim brothers. We all live here happily and yes agree there are some incidents but we will fix it and we unitedly work for one developed India.
