We can do some basic math guess here for the moray eel length here. The modest size for eels is 5 feet, but the longest and the closest to the breed that Jade and Floyd are based on, can grew around 11 and half feet. So if just do a extend to that, but just double plus the height the boys are marked as. They're tails would be around 20+ feet with the addition of the human potion, so a guess be 25 (L) to 30 (H) feet long? A school/city bus in length? To compare. It's just a guess and if it does get confirmed, might be longer or shorter, but that's my hypothesis for now.

I mean, they, Jade and Floyd, did state that Azul is much bigger than them both in his mer form and octopuses can get pretty big as is. So it's not a far fetch idea. The Giant Pacific Octopus can grow up to 14 to 22 feet, the record is 32 feet than if you add Azul's height, that's around 37 to 39 feet. He be the true nessie in this here. But who knows, this could be wrong as this just my guess honestly.
Not to mention some can be bioluminiscent, which Jade and Floyd had been confirmed to have it by Yana in the artbook i think, about Azul having it idk.
Spoiler: Their eel form was about 2.5m length with only 50cm difference between Jade and Floyd. And floyd got the longer tail . It's from the guidebook btw, Yana sensei wrote it herself. Thei eel form was 2.5m with one of them longer a litttle bit than the others
