I thought the way arch-enemy Servalan tricked Avon, into coming to Terminal in search of Blake had fans fooled on first viewing and the fake Blake been a hologram instead of the real Blake was a shock the way Avon took the ship away from its intended destination was previously done in Voice from the Past when Blake took the ship to a worked out asteroid PK-118 because he was under the influence of a telepathic message.
The 4th series was not as good as for me the stories were just not up to scratch. There were some I liked but not many, that said it did get a ending in the final.
I do say this Blakes 7 episode certainly could have ended the series for good, and had it done so then the millions of Blakes 7 fans like ourselves would be left to wonder whether the Blake arch-enemy Servalan claimed died on planet Jevron from serious injuries and was thus cremated there could have been the real Blake or even a clone of Blake like the two Blake clones seen in seriesB episode Weapon it is one possibility or the other is arch-villain Servalan was plainly lying through her teeth which was often what she did.
Servalan clearly likes power and will crush anyone standing in her way. Even if her plan goes wrong some else is going to get the chop for it. Never trust a word of Servalan she always rigs the game.

This episode was intended to end Blakes Seven, altogether but a last minute reprieve got a fourth series.
