Just now saw this or herd this post some really positive things to write about . But you spoke so fast had a hard time taking notes 😊Don’ t know if its to late but if you could list them it would be great. And, any good books to read . Thank you so much💖
Thank you for these videos! I always thought journals were just for talking about everything wrong with your life and I gave up the practice because it was depressing and redundant. I recently started again just because I watched a couple of your videos. A suggestion for #16: List Five People You Admire and Write About Why - but don't compare yourself to them - this is just to remind yourself that there are good, amazing people in the world. . . like you for posting these ;)
Thank you for all your journalling tips! I struggle with major mental health issues and journalling has really been my go to for helping me understand my mental health issues more. So thank you so much!! I love your channel
Your video is the most useful I've seen on youtube, I really like how you talk about your way to heal you. I have a trouble of anxiety and depression and I really feel your words. Thank you ver much for your help ! Hope you feel better now. (sorry for my english)
#12 girl... That one hit me hard and affected me huge in 2020. So much so, I had to delete my insta. I don't have Facebook but I noticed my screen time went through the roof along with my anxiety this year. For 2021 my focus is getting back to "regular" day to day functions/ routines that are helpful for my mental health. I love your TH-cam channel. So helpful and informative. Thank you for the work you do here. ❤
Oh I love it that you are doing a journaling series! I always find these mental health journal prompts really helpful :) I felt really uninspired to journal for the past few weeks, but I really like the idea to describe your day with use of all your senses! I am going to try this one out. Keep up with the good work, I really love your videos!!
Thank you for watching, I’m so happy you found these prompts helpful! Whenever I feel uninspired to journal, finding a prompt that resonates with me always gets me unstuck!
